Living with an Extremist
First of all, forget about your deposit- consider it gone, but that's not the worst thing even. I was staying in a property with them and there was a housemate who would call his family back in Iraq until 4-5 in the morning, loudly with walls paper thin. When I confronted him about this, he started throwing my stuff on the floor menacingly and insulting me. He also worked as a delivery driver and would drive into the property with his motorbike (as we were on the ground floor). For almost the whole time we were in the rental, the water from the sink would not flow down the basin but into a bucket which had to be emptied out several times a day. The conditions were filthy and loud. I continuously complained about the violent housemate but nothing was done- in fact there was a 2 month period where I was ghosted by everyone in the company. After leaving, I was doing research on hate groups in the UK as part of a research job and I found that housemate- he is pictured in many photos next to the extremist Shiite hate preacher Yasser Al-Habib- that is the level to which they do not care about complaints that they will let an extremist live in the apartment! Several months after leaving he would send me extremist hate videos including slurs against various religious groups authored by the hate preacher.

Great stay in Central London
I needed a place for my university exchange in London and came accros this agency. Their flat was in central London which was great and they provided bedding and kitchenware which made it easier for me! All issues were handled within short time and resulted in a great stay! I left a few months ago and my deposit was returned to me with no issue.

Terrible organisation
Terrible organisation, you will never see your deposit again. My niece came to visit me in London in June and let a room for a month in central London. Since then, all our attempts to recover our £850 deposit have been in vain. Avoid at all cost.
