Crytec Power Reviews

This is the first time I have used Crytec and the ordering, on going delivery info and actual delivery could not be bettered. The product is of very good quality and construction. I have ay yet not used

Clear instructions, as regards when the item I purchased was to arrive and it did. Faultless. Many thanks.

Great price, quick delivery and an excellent product. All round really pleased.

Bougth a 58cc 3.3hp 20" Crytec chainsaw a few weeks ago and unfortunitly it wouldn't start. I contacted Crytec and there after sales team quickly arranged a swap delivery and I had the replacement within 24 hours. The replacement was easy to put together (you just need to attach the chain and bar (which you will need to be able to do later for cleaning etc., so good practice). The Crytec chainsaw started on the 3rd pull, then on 1st pull every time I restarted it; and it cutt through 12 spruce (Christmas) trees (5" + trunks) in less than 15 minutes, with a cut like a hot knife through butter. It also has ample power for bigger trees, e.g. I also felled a large silver birch with a 15" diameter trunk with ease. The saw also came with an excellent tool kit, carry bag with shoulder strap, mixer bottle and easy to follow manual.

I purchased a mini dumper recently and was very impressed with the ease of ordering, the company communication, and the product in general.
I will certainly consider this company again in future when I need new equipment.👍

Great service. Item arrived as described and was a perfect fit.

Ordered a PTO driven WC 8 woodchipper. All arrived on time and without fuss. It seems to be a robust and well constructed piece of kit at a competitive price.

Very good service and price delivered on time delivery driver Very helpful and pleasant. Logsplitter work good
Will use again

Good product,speedy delivery would recommend

The products overall from my experience are really well made a put together, however the after sales when in need for spare parts is pretty dire. I've been waiting just over a week at this point and still not even so much as a reply, even to my follow up emails. The product being good doesn't matter when I am unable to get spares to use the product.

Happy with my purchase from Crytec, bought a log splitter. Ordering was straight forward, it arrived quickly and in good condition. Crytec's email communication was spot on too. Well recommended.

Crytec are supplying decent quality machines at very reasonable prices.
Staff are approachable and helpful.
I'll definitely buy from them again.

Although the first item wasn’t delivered due to damage. The delivery service failed to deliver on the day stated for the replacement. However the box is nicely made. Packaging was damaged but didn’t affect the item. As others have said the wheels are naff. Draws have a secondary push to close them, which is good.

Ordered and with me within a couple of days...

Great service as usual. Products arrive quickly and are of great quality for the price.

Bought a generator which failed just after a year. Company haven’t wanted to know. The carburettor has obviously failed, but they won’t even advise where I can get a replacement part.
Shocking after service, avoid at all costs

Rapid response to my email enquiry.
Item arrived very promptly and any issues were resolved very efficiently

Really helpful staff. The machine we purchased is amazing. Great price for its ability.

Quality product and quick, efficient service.
