Great assistance from this group along with good feedback. In office training at Worknet Dupage.

Overall, my experience has been wonderful. I took a CISSP class, and I passed. The material was extremely challenging, however, since it's a Cyber Security course, you should expect nothing less. With a course like Cyber Security, you definitely need a very patient and an instructor who knows his stuff inside and out. Thankfully, my instructor Jo Escotal not only had these qualities but was very helpful anytime I was stuck trying to make sense of anything that was stumping me.

Angela was a great teacher! Very thorough and made the content easy to understand. My only misgiving was that the files and the text book did not match. The numbers and values were different- which can be confusing.

Instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and pace was great.

Very instructive teacher, good pacing and level accurately described content.

The instructor was informed, approachable, and friendly. I learned a lot of new tricks and tips for Excel.

Class was easily accessible through the computer. Great information was provided and worked through together.

The instructor, Angela, was excellent, thorough, professional. A very positive experience, using the dual screen, with remote learning.

Staff is amazing. Haven’t been to school in 30yrs… my advisor was available for every change I needed and encouragement was outstanding not to quit!!! Teachers were above and beyond helpful in and after class and even during breaks.

Angela was very thorough with explaining every step. She was very adept at pointing out any missteps I encountered in the exercises, and giving constructive feedback to correct the problem.

The class was outstanding. Angela was an excellent instructor, she tailored the class to how we would be using Adobe Premiere in our daily work application.

I had a very good experience with two courses at CTS. One for A+ and the other for Network + , luckily both with the same instructor Jo Escotal. What I loved about Jo is the way he teaches. He is very passionate and breaks down the material in a way that helps you understand it with ease. He is also very patient and easy going when you asked him questions. The school itself had a very supportive staff and would definitely apply again for more classes.

Angela did a great job instructing the class and at a great pace. Everyone was able to keep up with her and complete all course activities. She was very helpful whenever someone was having trouble.

I was sent to CTS for sharepoint training. Some things I already knew from just playing around, but the things I learned out number what I learned on my own. The class was much better than just trying to learn as I go. My company looked to me as the person they want on this project. Angela did an amazing job teaching about sharepoint. I took the basic class and the advanced class with her. Everything was well planned out and explained and I was left with more answers than questions. I enjoyed the class and look forward to more as needed.

I reinforced and clarified concepts and processes I was already familiar with and learned several new formulas and chart capabilities. Slicers are so neat! Instructor (Mary) was easy to understand and took temperature checks regularly to make sure everyone was on the same page.

A very excellent school. I attended CTS in 2019 and 2020, the teachers were very skillful. after receiving my certificates in 2019, I returned in 2020.

Instructor was very clear and took time to make sure all in the class were able to follow along. I felt I learned a few new items that will certainly help in my profession. I enjoyed the ability to follow along and complete instructions in classroom PC online.
