Zero stars ordered a drum and got 2 fast and serious moe cars... I went to track shipment it was short a number before Christmas and after Christmas the site was no longer there :(. My kids where so disappointed I was going to purchase 3 glad I only did 1... DONT ORDER!!!

a scam I bought a drum, they sent a toy then offered a refund of 15% when i complained and sent pictures, I said no, paypal has offered a full refund and return postage payment once i get the form filled out. no surprise the website has been taken down it looks like they got enough money, if anyone on here tells you they got satisfactory results then they are the people behind the scam its a pain as i had to figure out what comodty codes are and stuff i have no interest they should be tracked down and dealt with.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Pay for one thing but get another. Bought as a present for Christmas in mid November, received 24th December. Payed for upgraded 14 note tassel edged drum but got 8 note toy drum. I wish I had read the reviews also.
I have had correspondence and after 4 emails been offered 40% refund. Still not acceptable. This is a total scam.
I have opened a paypal dispute also, be interesting to see how their policy works.

Same than all the previous messages... Requested the upgraded/black and go a small piece of metal in blue, with no additional components...

Company have dissapear and seller is not responding anymore... Hope Paypal made its work...

Je dois dire que mon expérience est la même que tous les autres commentaires que j’ai lu. Une grosse arnaque. Après 6 semaines d’attente, le produit reçu n’a rien à voir avec ce que j’avais commandé. Beaucoup plus petit et beaucoup trop cher pour ce que j’ai reçu. Déçue.

Same as everyone else...I was had. It was a scam. The drum I ordered (blue, aprox. 16-18" circumference, sixteen notes, featured in the video) was not what I received (a small 6" inch black drum with poorly tuned notes). Not sure what recourse any of us have, since they obviously shipped all the drums out at the same time and instantly closed their site/store.

This company is a scam. We ordered a much larger drum and paid $69 for it! What came was a much smaller drum, not the colour we ordered, and only two little mallets. No other materials that were promised arrived in the package. the original website is disappeared on my emails no one responds, received from Hong Kong.
Don't buy you will lose your money as I did

What a horrible company! NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS WORTHLESS SCAM COMPANY!

I had purchased this hung drum from an instagram add for an "upgraded" 69usd. I received this drum alot later then anticipated and the one I received is not the one I had purchased, it is very basic, smaller with no details like the picture and missing alot of tounges. For almost $100AUD, I would not pay that amount for the drum I had received.
I tried to cancel the order within minutes after purchasing as I unfortunately found these reveiws after I had made the purchase. They completely ignored my requests and sent the product anyway. They then asked why I wanted to cancel at which I replied based on these reveiws. Their response was that, some of these reveiws maybe fake but from my personal experience they now seem to be accurate. They claim to have a warehouse in "Australia" which i highly doubt, as I received product from China.

I ordered 2 hang drums. blue with gold trim, 13 notes, to arrive in 9-15 days. I got 2 black drums with 8 notes which took 6 weeks. This company is a rip off.
When I tried to go back to the web site, it had disappeard.

I would give my review a 0 but that is not available. I ordered a 14 inch blue hang drum in December. Received a 6 inch drum (1/16/2021) that looks and sounds like a toy. Now I see that the company is closed. Any suggestions on how I can get a refund of the $69.00 I paid for this toy?

I promised somewhere on their Facebook page that I would come back and comment if and when I ever got my order. I figured Ibwould go ahead and forward it here since I was very happy! I ordered it on December 5th, paid the 7th and got it in the mail yesterday January 14th. So it took a minute but hey it is coming from China during Christmas time. BUT considering everything I am REALLY happy with it. I think some people on here may not have done much research into these types of drums. The large drums like you're wanting that would be about twice these size are normally between $350-500. So I expected it to be a bit smaller than the ones I'm familiar with. & if you paid close attention they DID list the measurements in centimeters so I will say that they were not deceitful. I just think some people didnt have accurate expectations because they may have seen the larger ones in the past. I did pay for the upgraded timbre and it sounds GREAT! Really, I'm quite surprised at the sound quality and loudness level for the size. I strongly disagree with it being a childs toy, although I'm sure because of the size and affordability that people may often order them for children. But I bought one for my 41 year old husband for Christmas because he loves djembe styled drums and he is IN LOVE WITH IT!!!! He opened it and didn't put it down for atleast a solid 45 minutes. The only thing is it didnt come with the stickers but to be honest we wouldn't have used them. So we are thrilled and kind of just panicked because of all these negative comments but I strongly urge you to give em a shot just be prepared for a long shipping wait but it's worth the great price

Terrible. It arrived with a huge delay (so late for Christmas, even though ordered back in November). It arrived not the same product which was ordered. It is smaller, most of the parts are missing (finger picks, music notes etc.). The hang only has 6 notes as opposed to 16 or so in the product description. I ordered a premium edition with "better timbre", but the sound is really bad, metal and has no volume. It's just a toy, not a music instrument. Waste of money. I have contacted customer care, but haven't received any response, and the website cupami.com where it was purchased is not working anymore! Very disappointing purchase....

Très grosse arnaque, du même type que tout ce qui traine sur FB ou iinsta. Le produit reçu n'a absolument rien a voir avec celui commandé. Et malgré la protection Paypal, ces gens sont au dessus de tout, la preuve, aujourd'hui, le site cupami est fermé et les pub orientent vers un autre site. Seule consigne, fuyez !!!

The drum that I received was not the same as what I had ordered. It is much smaller. The finger picks, music instruction, stickers and carrying case are missing. When I contacted Customer support they offered me 10% discount. I said no I want the missing parts sent to me. They responded with a 25% discount. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I ordered this product. I'm going to try to get a full refund through Paypal and my credit card company since they do not stand behind their product.

CAUTION ON THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT!!!!!
I am very disappointed! The "upgraded drum" I ordered is not as illustrated. I received a very small, smaller than my hand, drum that looked and sounded like a child's toy and by no means close to tones that are relaxing and meditative. I feel deceived and will never order again without review company and products.

I ordered a drum for $69.99. About six weeks later, the box arrives and it was the wrong drum. Like, completely wrong. It was suppose to be a black,13 note/12 inch drum with sticks, a case, a music book and stand.
I received a gray, 8 note/6 inch drum with two sticks. That’s it. I emailed a “Becky” who first told me that they’d give me 15% off and to keep the drum. I said no. Then they said they’d give me 20% off and to keep the drum. I said no. They gave me an address to return it and when I went to UPS, I was told it would cost $140 to ship it back. Now, the website is “closed” and I can’t reach anyone else. They pretended to be US based company. I’m currently trying to dispute the charge with Capital One. Total SCAM. I found them from an ad on Instagram. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADS ON INSTAGRAM.

I ordered the large drum with the macrame around it and never got it. Thank God my credit card credited me. When I went on the shop on Facebook, where I ordered it from, it said "this shop is no longer available"! Scam!

My husband ordered me this hang drum/healing drum for Christmas on 12/14/20. The money was withdrawn from our account on that day and we never recieved anything! I want my money back. No email about shipping or how long, just nothing.

I was offered a full refund but nothing ever came? Surely PayPal has to take the buyers side in this one?
This was there response after I asked where is it?
