CEG are the main criminals when it comes to a person having issues with one of their so called licenced casinos. I'm having problems with a casino who claim to be licensed in curacao and Are based in curacao right next door to CEG. when I wrote a complaint to CEG about a withdrawal issue these low lives replied that the casino was not licenced by curacao licensing and that they won't not couldn't, but wont help then proceeded to close my complaint whilst using a no reply email.
Absolutely disgusted by this joke of a licencing body who I beleive have got to be up there with some of the most corrupt entities you can find. I am now in the process of researching who are above CEG so that I can submit a complaint against CEG for gross negligence. CEG have a lot of questions that need to be answered as they have gone long enough without themselves being investigated.

At the end of the day it's us players that get the raw end of the stick and that just is not acceptable thats why I'm going to go all out and make sure no one else gets told absolute bs because of laziness.

Remember that the control board was supposed to collect complaints before June 2023. Now they already changed their mind and they are delaying to the second half of the year.

Absolutely terrible. They work alongside these scam online gaming companies to protect them when you put in a complaint about the online gaming companies! I won €93,077 on Slotonights which is an online casino licensed by Curacao. The website refuses my withdrawal requests and gives all different excuses ranging from technical issues to increased processing time. I have not received anything at all. I contact Curacao as they provide the gambling licence. They offered no help at all and will not do anything to intervene or even look into this website despite defrauding customers. My advice would be if you see a website that has a Curacao licence, DO NOT USE IT!!! Even if you win big you will never see the money so it is pointless. What they do is criminal. They simply take the fees for a licence and don’t care how the websites treat their customers. It is simply corruption.

Meine Anfrage mit stichhaltigen Beweisen zu einem offensichtlichen Fehlverhalten des Casinos wurde einfach ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Hier wird nur im Sinne der Casinos gehandelt und nicht für die Spieler.
