The service is good. The costs are pretty simple and everything is so transparent and fasr. It takes me hjust 2 days to transfer $ from USA to Israel with a great rate.

Better service than the best bank
Nothing beats excellent customer service, especially when things don't go according to plan for any number of reasons. The team at Currency Transfer is simply exceptional. They are very responsive and supportive every step of the way. Funds are delivered to your account pretty much instantly. You don't only get better exchange rates; you also get outstanding customer service. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are by far a better deal than any bank!

Great and speedy service
I have known and used CurrencyTransfer already for quite a number of years, and always without any problem. This transfer was particularly important as we needed to get the proceeds of selling our flat in the UK to the Netherlands. Been using for a few months and now I’m used to the Service would definitely recommend it. They have great customer service for both set up and follow ups and I’m getting approx. 2% better rate than that of my current bank’s retail FX.
In my experience a 30min end to end transaction time has been achieved - IF - I make the transaction during both countries normal banking hours. Total transaction time can take days if a transaction is commenced outside normal banking hours. In my experience this is the bank rather than currency transfer holding the money.
In my opinion more could be done by currency transfer advising about the risk of this delay at point of transaction (even if it’s nothing to do with the actions of currency exchange).
I also now only ever seem to get one quote rather than the multiple options when I first set this up.

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. I’ve now used 3 different FX companies and the customer care/service with Currency Transfer is far better. Easy to set up with their help and money changed very early in the day of transfer. No chasing no fuss just paid the promised money!

Great service and great exchange rate
We do a lot of overseas transfers of various sizes but this was first time we had used Currency Transfer. Great exchange rate and site easy to use.
Also great service for an unusual transfer of a deceased estate funds from USA requiring extra certification. Calls answered quickly and everything handled speedily and efficiently with helpful advice on aspects of the transfer. Will certainly use again

Excellent service
If, like me, the thought of sending large chunks of money around the world brings you out in a cold sweat, Nick, Ethan and Tom at Currency Transfer will put your mind – and heart rate – at ease. They will take you through everything step by step and, really, the process is both quick and simple. The rates are much better than your High Street bank would or could ever offer and the money is transferred in a matter of hours. Sometimes even sooner than that. It is a great company and an excellent team – I cannot rate them highly enough.

Do not trust them with your money. I made a transfer, the receiving account didn't get it. I complained and tried to to get a refund for weeks not until kaj embren .come to my assistance to get it all sorted out.
