A surprisingly good price - cheaper than I could find an equivalent anywhere else - which, to be honest is unusual. From now on, I will always check your website for a comparison. Efficient, courteous service on click and collect.

The expert wasn't very helpful
The expert wasn't very helpful, she didnt let us know the laptop didnt come with a charger or any instructions, we found out when we got home so couldnt even turn it on to check it, had to order one separately for an extra £50 which is discusting when youve paid all that money for a new laptop

Bought an appliance online for click…
Bought an appliance online for click and collect. Collected next day after much searching from customer service agent, eventually found on display shelf as no one had bothered to take item to collection area. As it turned turned out it wasn’t a problem it could have been as it was last one in store. Wouldn’t have been particularly pleased with having to make a 50 mile return journey for product not to be at store.
