We arrived with long list of things we needed for our upcoming house move. Chris (57 Christopher) who served us was super helpful and guided us around the store as we decided what we wanted. He offered good advice but in no way pressured us and made delivery arrangements suitable to our needs. Very impressed!

I emailed Currys two weeks ago at the address provided following my complaint on here ref CUR73854.

Two weeks and still no reply. Refund for the item lost by Currys/DPD from 19th July is still outstanding.

Take some responsibility!

My visit to Curry's was a pleasant experience. The young lady who served me was very nice and very helpful, sorted out my purchase and finance agreement very quickly, she also helped me with my Creation app.Would recommend a vist to Curry's.

Good price and staff helpful, especially the lad who took the washing machine out to the car for us and helped us put it in the car.

The staff were amazing. Thanks to Nico and Pam. I had an issue with a pixelated screen on the TV which transpired to be damage prior to being packaged. The staff however were quick to react and sorted out replacement immediately. Great job and thank you !!

From my initial request (to Simon) to deliver and interact with the technical team (Lauren) everything was good. The only issue was that some of my original websites were not transferred to my new laptop.

We went in store in search for a new fridge freezer.
Jak, the sales assistant, demonstrated a comprehensive range of products.
He has a friendly efficient manner and good product knowledge.
We selected an item and he thoroughly explained the paperwork part of the purchase.
All in all a pleasant retail experience.
Full marks to Jak.

I have been in Currys Chesterfield a few times. The stuff have looked at me and outrightly ignored me. Everyone seems to be extremely busy doing something and no one attends to you. On my last visit l stood there for an hour next to the item l wished to purchase till l walked out of the store.

They swapped my faulty item immediately, 10 points, but it is the 5th coffee maker of the same type that we have bought and exchanged!!! No explanation of how this has been happening. Would have liked them to follow up the problems that I have had. My wife and I have read and reread the instructions thinking it was maybe us.
