Bought a laptop
Bought a laptop, had to redo all paperwork as my address wasn't taken so it defaulted to store address, didn't get any phone call either after being told it'd be set up next day. Just didn't get the feeling of confidence that a £600 purchase was taken seriously

Extremely disappointing customer service and missing order
I ordered a coffee machine with a specific collection day, but my order was not available on the agreed date. I contacted customer service to find out what was happening, expecting a simple update or some help locating my order.
Instead, I was told that I had to wait another 24 hours and then call again, at which point they “maybe” would be able to help me. The agent was extremely unhelpful and appeared to have no idea how to handle my order. The attitude was also rude and completely lacking in professionalism.
I was kept on the phone for around 10 minutes, only to be told that they could provide me with a product ID. When I asked what I was supposed to do with that when I already had my order number, the response was essentially, “I don’t know.”
This is an incredibly frustrating experience. I have now been waiting two days beyond my agreed collection date and still have no idea where my order is or when I will actually receive it.
Delays can happen, but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. I would expect customer service to provide clear information, take ownership of the issue, and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I received none of those things.
Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional customer service.

The products were as advertised
The products were as advertised. The order was ready quicker than I thought it would be. The products all work well and easy to use. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5, was because the assistant who was at the collection point didn't acknowledge I was there and waiting whilst he was on his phone. When he went to go and get the order, he took a very long time because he chatted with other colleagues along the way- which may or may not have been related to work, given their reactions. There seemed to be no real urgency.
