I had a fantastic customer service from Sunny at Curry’s Aylesford Maidstone, he was friendly, informative and efficient.

Salesman at curry's was really good and helpful

Thrilled with the service in the store and fridge freezer and delivery drivers were courteous and efficient but they were not trained for changing the fridge freezer opening for which I had paid. They were very apologetic and tried to rebook for this but were not able to do that. I telephoned the helpline and they have not yet manages to give me a date or time for this to happen 24 hrs later which is very frustrating.

Collection delivered to collection point promptly.

before i made my purchase curry's experience was not good when i walked in i new what i was looking for but trying to get a member of there staff to be looking out for customers who are making signs that they are looking for help ,there was a lot walking around (slowly)when i did have to approach one of your staff they sent someone over then they went off never to re appear, so found some one else and they got another member of your staff which then was very good (it is getting towards there busy time of year if they made there staff go out in store to sell there items ,they put a lot in to there adds which does not seem to filter down in store .curry's will make more profit if they have a go at looking out for customers that they can sell to in store

We went into the larkfield store and Barbara could not have been more helpful. She was very informative and not pushy but guided us to the oven we needed. Thankyou again!

I bought a vacuum cleaner 7 weeks ago. The brush head snapped off, making it unusable. Took it back to store with my receipt, fully expecting a refund under the sale of goods act.
Kept me standing at the counter for half an hour,while she rang Hoover, to eventually be told that they have to send it back, and Hoover will decide whether I get a replacement or repair.
I wanted a refund, and stated this, saying my contract was with the shop, not the manufacturer. But was still refused, even after escalating to the manager.
So I've been told it could take 6 to 8 weeks for the manufacturer to sort it.
In the meantime I have no vacuum cleaner and no refund to buy another one.
Absolutely disgusting, and illegal I'm sure, customer service. I will be taking this further and will never buy from curry's again.

I had to exchange an iron I'd bought a few weeks ago; I'd bought it as a spare. I'd thought I'd try it out and noticed the handle was getting rather hot. When I looked closely at the handle I noticed there was a missing strip, which exposed the little bulbs that give light to the appliance. No issues upon return and replacement is brilliant. Huge thanks

Amazing service. The person who served us is an encyclopaedia of washing machines. He removed the jargon and took us straight to the perfect machine for our needs.
