Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are selling.

Purchase experience was not rushed or pushy. Would have preferred the assistant to have knowledge of the printer and comparison with others but was able to use his system to do a compare between the 2 I was interested in. Printer was not in store but got a phone call to alert me when it came in

Did their best to get the product we needed.

I visited Currys in Mansfield today and wanted to give a special mention to Abod, who was absolutely lovely from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, helpful and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole shopping experience so much more enjoyable.

I discovered he's only been working there for two weeks, and I honestly wouldn't have known. Nothing was too much trouble, he took his time helping me and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale.

A big thank you to Peter too, who joined us and was equally friendly and helpful. It's so refreshing to come across genuinely lovely people who make shopping a pleasure.

Abod is a real credit to the team, and I hope his managers see this. Thank you both!

I visited Currys, in Mansfield, because I had an administrative problem with the TV and Tumble Dryer I bought for my daughter. I had mistakenly put the warranty if these products in my name and not in my daughters. Hayley, in this Mansfield store, was absolutely fantastic. Her support and help was first class, she is a star. Actually all the staff in this store are exceptional.

Went to Mansfield store this morning very upset as my phone had completely stopped working . Got served by a wonderful young man. Tried everything to get my phone working and then was very knowledgeable as to what new phone would suit me best and was in stock. He then managed to get all my phone numbers and photos transferred which was very difficult as my old phone kept shutting down. He made sure I could use it and everything was on it I needed. Couldn't thank him enough marvelous service

The lady that dealt with us was brilliant. We are in our seventy’s so we are a little bit out of touch with today’s technology. She explained everything to us so that we could understand. She was very patient with us and it was a pleasure to meet her. She was brilliant

Clean store, ample parking, store assistant availability and great prices.
The till assistant struggled a little and had to start a few times over as he couldn't figure out that we have a house name, not a number. Still, he tried hard and had to ask for help that came immediately. So, all good.

Delivery to store was a day earlier than indicated on order form, which was excellent.

Very helpful assistant who stopped his repair to serve me.

Great service 👍Everything was great, never not have any problems

A good selection of washing machines on display. We were left alone to browse in our own time. Having made our decision on which one we wanted we found an assistant to proceed with the purchase. The only criticism I have is that having told him which one we wanted he tried to upsell to a more expensive unit.

Staff was brilliant i asked if they sold out of the TV i wanted and he said yes.then said I'll make sure they haven't come in.he came back and said we have one.so i said could someone put it in my car because I'm disabled and no way I could do it.he said no problem and put it in the car.great service
