I ordered a airfryer with a pizza draw I was waiting for the delivery , the day of the delivery i waited in all day had to change my shift , it didn't arrive i waited for information email tex nothing came , after a day or two I contacted the delivery service and they informed me that it had been sent back to currys, I didn't know why as I was home trying to contact someone to speak to was a nightmare it was mainly automated I went to the shop to see what had happened , the shop assistance checked and it had been sent back to currys as it was damaged . I got an email from currys to say they have recived the damaged package and would offer a refund which would take 3-5 working days this was not good enough currys need to keep their customers more up dated on what has happened with their goods. I had no idea what had happened for well over a week.

Washing machine came with a broken waste pipe and I’ve been trying to get in contact with curry’s Untill I got throw to
Somone and was giving a bad customer service very rude
On the phone to me and was blaimimg me in a way saying now this would be my 3rd replacement I said this a new one this will be my secound one and was told no it’s your 3rd proper attitude towards me putting me off coming back specially I’ve spend a decent amount of money this pass year

The employee was welcoming helpful straight away we bought what we wanted another employee helped us outside straight into car experience was very enjoyable

The item I wanted was out of stock so they ordered it for me it was delivered to my home next day free of charge

Called at the Middlesbrough store to collect the printer I had ordered, went to the desk where the assistant was busy with another customer, no problem with that, I would wait my turn, however the customer asked the assistant to deal with me because they were going to take quite a while, very courteous of him, the assistant replied he was busy and other in store assistants were busy too, I looked around the store and two assistants were talking I asked one of them to help and he was only too pleased to help, within 5 mins I had my purchase, the original assistant ( a young lad) needs to go on a customer care course, his attitude was one of I’m busy, tough, Some of Curry’s staff are not of the calibre of old

Staff were very helpful, with lots of advice, so easy, and took the item and put it into the car

Ordered the item online to pick up in store the following day. The website was easy to use and give clear instructions. When I arrived at the store the item was at the collection point and staff were friendly.
