Currys - New Malden Reviews 

With brand specific salespeople, I felt like they were all trying to sell to me - some gave me inaccurate information about a competing brand, which I had to search and confirm to them wasn’t true.
As soon as one left another would appear. But then curry’s staff were few and far between

The staff in the store were very helpful and the product was delivered on time and fitted and the old refrigerator was removed

The store i went to had very rude staff, there wasn't anyone available at the time to serve me so one staff member asked another to assist me when he was finished with his customer however when that staff member finished he went to help someone else right in front of me.

Delivered on time during its delivery slot, men who delivered it were very pleasant & helpful. Salesman very helpful & knowledgeable. I always have good service from Curry’s New Malden.

We were helped in store by Abilashini and found her customer service excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helped us enormously with our questions about the product. 5 star service!

I had a good experience with currys, unfortunately the product couldn’t be repaired but currys resolved the issue by issuing a E gift card so that I could choose a replacement. The process was straightforward and the solution was handled efficiently.Overall I’m happy with the service.

I like Curry's!! No matter what your problem, or how many times you go in for help, there is always someone there to help you solve your problems!! You get a really great service from the staff in Curry's, at least you do in the store at New Malden/Shannons Corner!

The product was easy to find despite very few people who were able to help you.
The person at the till was friendly and efficient, even though he was disturbed a few times through his ear piece. He managed to keep on track

Purchased the PS5 Pro & disc drive with store collection at New Malden. The online discussion with sales specialist Ameera was excellent and I would have given this review 5 stars if not for the fact that when I sent to collect the item the console box was damaged. The damage must have occurred between the Curry's warehouse and the New Malden store, but even then the store manager did not show any empathy or offer any solutions other than a suggestion that I cancel and reorder if the damage bothered me. Poor experience at the New Malden store.

Not enough staff at the check out. Had to go to main reception, and queue.

On Sunday we went to lower Morden Currys ,
where we spoke with a member of staff _Mathew who listened to what we was looking for and went off to
show us what different types of lap tops they had for what we needed it for .
He was helpful and offered us a few options .
and gave us the time we needed to decided which one to buy.He also checked stock and was very efficient with the sale of the product.

Martin from New Malden was really helpful and polite when I recently ordered a new dishwasher. I wish all the staff in the store were as competent and approachable as him. Thank you for a swift purchase and sorting out a quick delivery. Also joined in with a bit of banter made me leave smiling.

Excellent Staff and Great Branch - Thani the sales consultant was excellent end to end. Starting with gathering our requirements, he went to get the stock item and he explained clearly the additional warranty which I took for peace of mind. Professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We also had support from Store manager Ejaz Khan - Highly rate this branch and its high level of customer care. Thank you

tech immediately recognised why my computer was misbehaving and identified and deleted the rogue programme which had installed itself and had been plaguing me with pop-ups warning of dire things that were supposedly about to happen.

My service by the staff was very good. They were polite helpful and able to answer questions well. They did not try to force items on to use and could explain in plain English any issue I was unsure of.
I purchased a lap top plus a number of other items, My only complaint is that when I got home I found y could not use the laptop with out charging the machine, this I could not do as I did not have a charger. I had to return to Currys to purchase the necessary pieces of equipment . Why was I not informed I would need the item. This was my only complaint about my shopping for 2 hours on Saturday

I got good reception and explaination from curry staff regarding LG TV, therefore i recommend curry staff are well trainee and helpfull.

It was just a shame we had to pay extra for delivery as it was not in stock
