The installation engineer was really good. He informed me 30 minutes before his arrival and on arrival he checked and there were a couple of problems but he solved them both and finished the job successfully.

Staff were very responsive to assist and search on my behalf the best deal.
The lady staff member who served me was very helpful and pleasant . Very good service will recommend to others.

I'd like to thank RAOLINO (52) for his excellent customer service. He recommended that I look in the clearance section, where I found a Samsung 55" Neo QLED 2025 model and saved several hundred pounds. I was in two minds about buying the newer 2026 model, so his advice helped me make a great choice. Many thanks! 😊

I was looking to purchase a particular type of grill from anywhere around the local area and curries in Slough was the only place that was stocking it and was doing a one hour pick up. I was really really impressed with the service. I can’t fault it at all and I will in future check on the curry‘s website if I need some urgent tech 👏👏👏

I went into store to report a faulty item.
As soon as my daughter and myself entered the store we were greeted with a smile from a lovely young man who unfortunately I didn’t get the name of. We then went over to the repair and faults desk where a very happy smiling young girl named Alesha ( we got this from the receipt ) welcomed us. She listened and without any hesitation gave us our options of gift card or an exchange, and then proactively went to find the item as we couldn’t find it ourselves on the shop floor. I thought this was excellent customer service from Alesha from beginning to end. We left with smile and feeling very happy. It was refreshing to receive such service. 10/10!!

Shop seemed very under staffed and had to wait for someone to come to serve me to the extent I nearly left the shop the girl who served me gave me a good deal on warranty and free batteries though

No problem in ordering what I wanted

The store wasn't very busy but I still waited 15 minutes to be served.
I was only there to collect an order which was bought online and I was told was ready to collect.
Everywhere else I order online I'm in and out in under 5 minutes, as it wasn't busy I expected better.

I visited the store on two separate occasions, and each of these team members went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Their professionalism, patience, friendliness and genuine willingness to help made both visits extremely pleasant.

What impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They made me feel valued as a customer and demonstrated the kind of service that truly sets a business apart from its competitors.

In fact, I was so pleased with my experience that I personally recommended the store to several friends and family members. As a result, they have started visiting the store more frequently instead of shopping with competitors.

Have been misleaded by store assistant in terms of purchasing an item by using Creation Finance. I've got £5000 in credit on Creation platform and store assistant has told me that I can't use it for some unknown reason so I'd rather pay my purchase in one instalment by using my debit card...
Next day I've contacted Creation and their representative have confirmed that my Creation Credit was free for usage....shame!

I purchased a laptop for 750 pounds I tried to return the laptop because it was faulty I had to spend an hour waiting for them to check the fault they then refused to refund me. they were incredibly rude there is a known issue with the laptop where it does not come back on after going to sleep and needs to be rebooted this particular model has this issue and people have commented online frequently yet they refuse to acknowledge there was a fault I called the helpline and I was told I should just go there and say I changed my mind the stuff was so rude calling my questions aggression before asking me to leave there is no way else I can get a refund.
