I KNEW WHAT I WAS GOING IN FOR BUT THE STAFF GAVE ME ADVICE AND OPTIONS FOR ALTERNATIVES THAT I HADNT THOUGHT OF. VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF.

Ste who dealt with us gave us a lot of good advice and guidance when selecting our goods.

I bought my freezer on line. I had visited the shop but could not see the freezer I had previously looked at on line. I arranged the delivery and all went according to plan with two guys arriving to deliver, set it up and take away the old freezer. Very nice guys who were very efficient. I am very happy with how everything went.

A great way to order and so fast with my delivery 🙌

Very good had no problem getting item

Initially I was told the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock. I advised before leaving home I had confirmred online that 3 were in stock.
The assistant immediately confirmed he would recheck & after several minutes returned with the item. Clearly there was an information issue. I had no problem with member of staff who was very apologetic. Another member had been sure there was in fact stock.
Other than that all was fine but clearly not totally satisfactory.

Thank you 😄 Delivery was brilliant and installing my new TV. The guys were great but the delivery time of 7.20am on a Sunday morning wasn't so brilliant for me 🤣

I Bought a Laptop and Monitor only to discover when I opened the Laptop that there was no Power cable, when I returned I was informed that they do not supply them? I asked why I was not informed of this at the time of purchase and why the person who sold me it would not have known, I was then told they would not have known, this I took to be absolute rubbish , as when I was setting up Care and Repair plan , another purchase one of the colleagues appeared with a Laptop Bag and a HDMI cable and said that the Monitor did not come with a HDMI Cable and I would need one, I turned down the Laptop bag as I had a few already but bought the Cable , Only to find when I got home that the Monitor did have a cable , So how could he think that the Monitor had no cable and it did and the Laptop have a Cable and it didn't , so it was another trip back to buy a Power cable for the Laptop. Very poor experience for me and doubtful if I will be using you again , especially as I have made some significant purchases here lately

product was ready for collection a day earlier than expected and shop assistant was quick , efficient and helpful .

Sales assistant I spoke with was very knowledgeable, and pointed me in the direction of an appropriate laptop for my needs.

Sales support was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I was attended to very promptly and kindly as I have disabilities.

Delivery driver called to let me know when they would be here. Took the old fridge away and unpacked the new one very helpful.

A young guy, James, was doing his first shift when we visited Currys at the weekend. He came across very well and said he’d bring in an experienced staff member to help with our enquiry. Ste was that staff member. Great service and great product knowledge. We were very impressed and look forward to receiving our order this Thursday
