I made a purchase online and choose to collect instore at the Watford branch. The operative on the collections desk was friendly and professional. The collection process was very quick and efficient. I will definitely use this branch for further collections.

Quick processing between order and collect notification.
Poor:
Breathtakingly rude customer service at collection desk by 3 different staff members all unaware of each others interactions with me.
1st:On arriving at unoccupied desk staff guy 1 appeared from back room and blanked me whilst walking past into showroom. At this stage I’m the only person waiting to be served.
2nd: Lady customer arrives at still unoccupied desk also awaiting service. Without summoning anyone a staff member quickly arrives from showroom to assure her that someone will come to serve her soon but completely ignores me!
3rd: The 3rd staff member arrives at desk and without checking who’s first in the queue immediately serves the lady without an acknowledgment i was even there.

I wasn’t in a hurry so not that bothered and rather more amused at how spectacularly bad the service had been. It really looked like all staff had been drilled to prioritise women customers at all costs perhaps after some adverse criticism

Knowledgeable sales person, went through the process of buying extremely well, next day delivery. Overall excellent service.

Your guys gave every excuse on the first visit and failed to fit the machine. The 2nd visit was ok but now one of the pipes is stopping a kitchen drawer from closing. Please come and fix the problem! Thank you

Godwin gave a good customer service, however the laptop bag sold to me was oversized. I couldn't return because I destroyed the packaging.

Purchased LG washing machine on 1st September and delivered on 7th September Paid for delivery, to take my old machine and extra 5 years guarantee. Very poor service. There was connecting hose pipe missing so just used the old one. When I complained nobody was prepared to listen. Passing the blame from Curry’s to LG. Curry’s was not prepared to help at all. Talked on the phone for one hour and even had to go personally to Curry’s. Pathetic service . Finally I had to wait 4 weeks to get the new pipe from LG.

I was recommended to buy an HP laptop for £1899 that uses Snapdragon but it is not compatible with most peripherals. The advertised availability of being able to return the goods within 30 days of purchase was refused. I did get my money back but only after an hour spent in 'negotiation' with the store manager, a completely meaningless discussion with Currys customer 'service' telephone centre but more importantly subsequently delivering a letter pointing out the legal duties of the supplier when the goods were not fit for the purpose for which they were sold. Following receipt of that letter I received a call to say that a full refund would be given. Customers should stand by their rights and not be fobbed off!

I bought a Humax television box for £280 in the Watford Curry’s store, got it home couldn’t set it up, because asked ridiculous things such as download lip sync and download recording memory. Looked it up on myIPad it was a discontinued thing. Curry’s sold me a discontinued item.Took it back, refused refund. Manager said normal practice to sell discontinued items. SHOCKED. They said I had to exchange it for a Manhattan Freeview box. They gave me one in an already opened box that was clearly marked not for resale. Took a photo of it. Got it home to find remote control was missing and other bits. Took it back they had to give me a refund because they had nothing else to exchange it for. I will not be trusting Curry’s again to sell me a best quality item. 3 return 14 mile trips to Curry’s all that money wasted andI still don’t have a Freeview box !

Your customer service was on point. The lady that served me went to amazing length to give me the ultimate service😊 she gave impeccable service and was very knowledgeable. Amazing service served with a smile 😊

Ordered in store and paid second day delivery only for them to deliver one item and to cancel the other after a few days...
Never again... Very misleading information..
