Do people exist here as all the phone keep getting hung up on me. No body getting back to my emails. I am thinking this operation is ran by ghosts.

Seeing is believing. I have not yet seen or heard anything from anyone and applied weeks ago. -__-

I don’t even know where to begin in praising this company. After circumstances beyond my control affected my credit score, securing a car through a PCH or PCP seemed impossible. Most companies judged me based on my past, not my current financial stability.

Compass Vehicle Services, however, operate exactly as every company should. They looked at my current affordability, income, and traceability — rather than a number on a credit report. Their process was straightforward, fast, and genuinely human. Before I knew it, I was driving in a brand-new, dream car.

Because they’re a smaller company, the experience feels deeply personal. You’re never just another customer; you’re treated with kindness, respect, and care every step of the way. Every member of their team I spoke to was exceptional.

And a special shout-out to Graham, who delivered my car. His enthusiasm, friendliness, and passion for the company were contagious. He kept me updated throughout, took the time to walk me through the car features, and shared in my excitement as if it were his own. He truly made the build up and delivery day really special.

I am currently in the middle of applying for an application in leasing a car through CVS. From what I have seen so far nothing but excellent customer service with fast response times and very respectful and professional responses back. Will give a big shout out to Dan for sure.

Already I can see this company is here to help out anyone in need if you have the supporting evidence to back you up as any business it takes two to tango. Regardless of my outcome of approval this is a company that cares about their customers for sure!

The team at Compass really helped me out when I was in urgent need of a car. My company car was being returned after moving jobs and I kept getting refused by leasing companies. I contacted Compass who approved me straight away and then began the search for my new car. The whole experience was seamless as my new car was found and delivered to my door with very little fuss. I honestly cannot thank the team at Compass enough!!

I’ve had a vehicle with CVS for the last 4 years and I have to say the service has been excellent. I had fantastic support right at the start of my journey with them when Graham helped me choose a great vehicle for my budget and I definitely got a much better car than I thought I would! Plus it was delivered to me and the whole process was very smooth and personal to me. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve had (Vauxhall Astra) and whenever I’ve had the odd query it’s been answered straight away plus I get regular reminders about MOTs and servicing. The only reason I’m leaving after 4 years is because of a work Electric Vehicle scheme which covers everything I need and I find that you can really judge an organisation on how they are when you leave. CVS have been great and especially Chris. I had options about how I wanted to return the vehicle and the timescales are very clear and I would absolutely go back to them again in the future. Take a bow Chris, Graham and Jacki who also helped me with extending my lease for an extra year!

This is an excellent company to lease from, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ben did an excellent job sourcing the car for me and Graham whom I met was very friendly and made sure the car was immaculate. Highly recommended.

What can I say about Cvs. Amazing. When everyone else said no and didn't even take a look at my financial details these guys went old school like a bank manager and checked if I could afford the car.

Quick replies to application and to follow up emails, nice choice of cars and a bucket load of stress lifted off my shoulders. I honestly can't thank the whole team enough you have been life savers for me.

On my second car with CVS and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I’ve received, switching cars was so straight forward. Ended up with a brand new Audi - something I thought I would never have. Huge thanks to Ben, Graham and Jacki!

Not one for reviews usually, but had to in this instance. From my initial enquiry and speaking to Ben, everything was clear from the get go, Ben was very responsive to emails and answering any questions I had. Application and vetting process was very smooth and was approved the same day. Graham then picked up from here and helped me sourcing the right vehicle. Despite delays and issues with a number of manufacturers at the minute graham was able to source me the exact car I wanted, within 2 weeks with great spec and desired colour. I was even given a car to borrow whilst waiting for delivery, then had the BMW delivered to me, honestly could not fault these guys, amazing service from start to finish and I’m very grateful.

I also found it a very personal service, these are very down to earth friendly guys, who also tell you exactly as it is.

Would 100% recommend Compass to anyone.

Ben and his team have managed to get me a brand new car they have went above and beyond and to deliver it free of charge in small return of me dropping the delivery driver off at the airport which isn't a problem so thank you ben and graham i recommend them if anyone is looking for a new vehicle.
