Our environments are constantly being scanned and probed, like many other environments, however there are occasions when scanning is having an impact to our systems. Because our firewall is managed by CWCS team it works really well to be able to log a ticket listing the ip's or cidr to be blocked and generally within 30 minuted the ip's are blocked

One of my customers needed more affordable hosting, as his old supplier had hit them massively for additional disk space, and the site was no longer affordable.
I went through a process to review around 7 different companies to move the hosting to, and CWCS were shortlisted as part of that process.
Following further discussions around exact requirements, we selected CWCS because of the can-do attitude as well as the quality of the hosting provided.
We have 4 servers, all covered by Gold Support and the support team have been excellent throughout the migration process. Our sites are non-standard so don't use WordPress / CPanel so getting support for the websites themselves isn't something we could expect, but the server support we've received has been fantastic.
We are still very much in the migration phase, despite it being a few months in, but I cannot fault the server build process, the support we've received which includes implementing monitoring and escalation to our developers when their coding fails.
All support tickets are responded to almost immediately and fault resolution (generally us, not the servers) is within the SLA.
Overall, great company for hosting, excellent, knowledgeable support team and can't recommend highly enough.
They are also providing 4 servers for around 33% of the cost of our previous hosting company for higher spec and greater capacity servers.

Hosting is stable with very very few outages. We have been using CWCS for decades now and find them to be very competent and very friendly. The pricing and packages suit us well and they respond very generously with their time when contacted.

They do the hosting stuff, so I can get on with the work that people pay me for. Their technical support people know what they are talking about.

Whenever I have an issue, if I raise a ticket, it is addressed without delay and the communication is really good. The ticket is not closed until the issue is resolved.

No web hosting company is perfect from my experience, but out of all the web companies I have used over 20+ years, cwcs.co.uk have been the best. I have been using them for 10 years or so. They are not Go Daddy, or such like, which is good, smaller company means better and quicker support, and more experienced technicians and is more flexible on many levels, not too expensaive either.

We moved to CWCS from a much larger supplier for our managed server requirements a few years ago. The experience has been fantastic and always feels like we are dealing with people who care and want to help where they can. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I have been using CWCS for over 25 years and I can honestly say that from the very early days of the company, they have always provided a first class service. Their support service is second to none, with rapid response no matter what time I raise a support ticket. This is invaluable to me as I often work late evenings and weekends. The support team really know their stuff and are always there to help me with any technical issues on my dedicated server.

Although I’m a minnow in the world of websites, I have never received anything but outstanding service from CWCS.
In a relationship that goes back almost 20 years, on my behalf they have been hosting up to six sites at a time as I develop them for small business clients.
Any problems that I’ve had (usually through my relative ignorance of things like DNS) they have usually resolved within an hour, and we have experienced no down time.
The sales team helpfully put together the best packages for my needs and the support team, when I have rarely spoken to them, are always friendly and reassuring.
I happily mention them to all my contacts and have received nothing but approval from those who have followed my recommendation.

We've hosted VM's with CWCS for over five years. Reliable provider, great support team, good value.

I have been with CWCS for about 20 years. There is a reason for that. They are not just running a business to earn a profit. They have very serious social and environmental objectives. I have three small charity websites so they significantly upgraded my entry package to a business package free of charge without me even asking them to do that. Their support always goes above and beyond my expectations because CWCS is staffed with genuinely nice people who care.

Whenever I raise a ticket with CWCS it is always sorted in the mist professional way. There are many follow up emails to ensure I am happy with the resolution.

The basic service is good, it does not often give a problem and when there is one the support team seem very competent at dealing with it. It would be 5* but every time I email I get a failure message which I have reported and the service staff say it is not a problem. It has no impact on email sending or delivery, but it should not be there.
