Ordered a pair of motorcycle jeans. They arrived on time and in good condition; however I decided to return them as they didn't really seem very protective (not the fault of Cycle Gear). Return process was super easy and I was notified when my return was completed and my account credited. Great service!

Went in for the first time, Roy was very helpful with getting me setup, I was browsing for a helmet and found the one I wanted, and Roy was more than helpful in getting me the right size.

Horrible, I have never had an experience like this. My package was stolen and I fileda police report for it as they asked me to do and they still do not want to refund me or even send me a replacement. I have tried getting in contact with the delivery company and when I did they notified me that the responsibility is cycle gears to reimburse me or send me a replacement that they’re so sorry that this has happened that as long as I have a police report, they should be able to help me. By far worse experience ever. So choose a reputable company to purchase your items from.

Buying a Puig windshield
I determined that I wanted a Puig windshield for my yamaha ST10. Went straight to cycle gear (always my 1st choice) to check if they carry it. They do. Then checked a price compare across a number of other sites and as usual cycle gear had the lowest price. Bingo! Ordered and had it at my door within a couple days. No issues, met my expectations.

I joined the RPM membership to not only get savings but also fast shipping. While the item is nice, I’ve waited 10 days to receive the item. I also emailed customer service about my complaint a couple days ago and have yet to get a response. Little upsetting.

I spent a WHOPPING $700 + on a helmet to protect myself while riding (this is full price by the way, good luck ever getting the specific helmet you want on sale), and Cyclegear put this expensive order in the hands of FedEx for shipping purposes. After a few days the tracking information shows that it is stalled and not moving between destinations. When I contacted FedEX to find out what's going on, they freely admitted that the shipment is lost and at some point between transfers was not scanned in, even though the trucks that were moving it reached their destinations. They informed me that they could do nothing unless Cyclegear submitted a claim or a ticket on behalf of the delivery.
I contacted Cyclegear to get them to resolve this issue and of course, they pulled the same old Corporate nonsense. "we can't do anything about this. I don't know what FedEx is talking about. We can't submit any tickets. I don't have access to those systems." yadda yadda yadda. just stonewalling me while holding over 700 of my hard earned dollars.
I then explained to them that the North Charleston Store here appears to actually have the helmet in question in stock, and that I would just go and pick my helmet up from that store's inventory. just refund me for the Helmet i ordered and I will repurchase there since it's available. i PAID for this helmet in full. you HAVE what I paid for. just let me pick it up since your shipping failed.but no. of course not. Cyclegear sees fit to take my money and give me NOTHING AT ALL in return. No recourse. Cyclegear is taking no action to resolve this, just leaving the lost helmet eternally in limbo with FedEx and offering me no compensation. Something that would be so simple to solve becomes impossible because some stooge in an office hiding behind a phone is too lazy to fix it.
This is a lifelong boycott. I am an avid motorcyclist who lives covered in motorcycle gear, and I will never spend money with Cyclegear, Revzilla, J&P cycles or any of their puppet shell companies ever again. And if that helmet ever does arrive (which I seriously doubt it eve will, FedEx was clear on this) I'm immediately returning it. You will never get my money again, because you lack the basic skills to deal with simple situations in a fair and courteous way, and that is unforgivable for a retail business.

Was never noticed when my tires showed up. Had to check the tracking number with fed ex. When i got to the store the check in person never checked my order in.

I received the Rear Tire that I ordered through Cycle Gear and it arrived faster than expected and in new condition. Packaging was sufficient and the item was exactly as specified by the website. I am satisfied with my purchase and Cycle Gear.
I keep forgetting how bad cycle gears…
I keep forgetting how bad cycle gears shipping process sucks. Anytime I order something from them, that's in stock, it takes 6 to 7 days to receive. No matter how small the part is. Its extremely frustrating when you get a email stating that my package is expected today and doesn't show up for two more days. There are several of their stores in my state buy it's faster to get parts from their competitors for some reason. Cycle gear is a joke!

I received my helmet timely and safely, I ordered it in store located in baton rouge and the staff were outstandingly helpful, everything went perfect and I was very thankful for the staffs professionalism and relaxed attitude I could not be more thankful for such a lovely experience.
