I enquired re. a Specialized Turbo Creo, spoke with Peter Skelton who efficiently dealt with my order, with no hassle.
It was delivered, spot on time by Cycling Logistics & the driver was knowledgeable & friendly. On inspection the bike was perfectly prepared, no overlong cables & the controls correctly positioned.
The company were a pleasure to deal with - having ordered previously with other large on-line shops, that is not always the case. Thank you.

Have a bad shoulder, as usual the amazing 👏 staff at cycles uk pumped up my tyres and even helped me with the door on the way out. Nothing is too much trouble highly recommended.

Just to say that the after sales/servicing & repairs at the Greenwich Store is always "exceptional" in terms of quality of repairs, speed of service, communication, and very good prices. Michael, Joe, Stephen, Paul et al are extremely helpful and do a brilliant job!

I trust the team at CyclesUK to give me their best in product knowledge and their bicycle workshop servicing is second to none.
Whether it’s building bikes or hand making wheels, I can’t fault them.
I have two bikes they service every six months, they always ride like new afterwards.
I don’t question any parts replacement as I get the worn parts back. I can see the issue leading to the replacement.
Currently they’re ordering parts for a frame build for me. I pestered them with my ignorance, uncertainty and desired list of bits. Who ever serves me it’s always great to discuss, discover and (not always) place an order. They can’t supply everything or at a price I like. But you can’t get the service online that this team provides.

Spoke to Stephen on the phone about a Trek Hybrid i saw on their website, went down to check it out and other bikes..super helpful, let me try multiple bikes..unfort they lacked stock so i couldnt order with them & ended up having a horrific experience with Evans Cycles ( see review)...also a very nice German (?) lady in their servicing dept came out to chat to me about bikes in general - loved her passion! I wasnt able to use these guys but will try again as their service & helpfulness was awesome

Fantastic job on my rear buckled wheel even after they were delivered a rim the could not fit mangled to get another one and re built it in time for our get away date big thanks to all the team there so please many many thanks

Customer service before ordering was really responsive. Unfortunately despite opting for "ready to ride" delivery, my bike was delivered without the pedals I had ordered. They did follow the next day, with customer service claiming they would have delayed my bike delivery, but most companies would contact you in advance and give you the option, rather than it being found out on delivery.

Ive brought 3 bikes from these now and they allways have it ready on time for me and allways make a good job getting my bikes road ready ,I recommend these to anyone who's looking for a good bike or to have their bikes worked on

Ordered a Castelli cap at the beginning of June. Already, dispatch date was going to be for the end of June, so incredibly slow already but not a problem, I wasn't in a rush. Still didnt arrive anywhere near the dispatch date (22nd June) and then, on 2nd July, I got an email saying the product wasn't even in stock!! WHAT?! How can I order a product which states it's in stock online, get confirmation and a dispatch date, and then around the time its MEANT to be ARRIVING, I get told it's not even in stock anymore. Shocking, shocking service.

Don’t buy Saris products from them, as they won’t be able to help you with spare parts to repair and keep using them. This has been my experience with a Saris Bones 3 bicycle rack, for which I need Bones Anti-Sway Straps, and they are impossible to get.

I ordered a bike through Cycle to work on 26/4/26. A Whyte Rheo 2.

The bike did not arrive until 14/5/26 which is a lot longer than it suggests on their website.

When it arrived I took it on a test ride on 15/05/26. The rear wheel started wobbling and rubbing against the frame. On inspection it became clear the spokes on the rear wheel had not been tightened correctly.

This was immediately highlighted to Cycles UK as their pre delivery inspection had clearly not been carried out correctly.

It took nearly 2 weeks to get any kind of response. That response was I had to arrange to take it to a local bike shop to sort their mistake. Given the time delay this response was not suitable and I requested a return and full refund.

It took until 27 May 26 to have the bike collected and once returned it took until 8 June 2026 to have the refund processed.

No apologies, no resolution to my complaint.

Poor customer service throughout and poor timekeeping, communication and dangerous pre delivery inspection.

The most common cause of a rear derailleur snapping is an impact from the bike being dropped or crashed. The next most common cause would be gears jamming due to wear of poor indexing.

We recommend that all new bikes have a service after 4 to 6 weeks and then again after 6 months. This is to do a visual inspection of the bike for damage and to make sure that gears and brakes are running correctly. It is normal for gears and brakes to need some adjustment on a new bike. You should have had emails on the servicing from our automated systems. From our records it looks like you have had the bike for about 6 months and you have said it has not been serviced.

Due to the nature of the part that looks to have broken, and the fact the bike has not been serviced, this would probably not be a warranty issue. However, we would recommend getting the bike into a local shop for them to inspect and check. If they do believe it is a warranty issue after inspection please let us know. ( Shop where ive bought bike never send me any emails to offer after sale service.
Thats not because part worn out. So mine reply them You mentioned that I should have received emails regarding the recommended 4–6 week and 6-month service intervals, however I did not receive any emails or contact offering an after-sales service or reminding me about servicing.
I also do not believe that simply not having the bike serviced automatically means this cannot be a warranty issue, especially if the component may have failed due to wear, weakness, or a manufacturing defect. And company replay was If it is warranty then the parts would normally be provided free of charge by the manufacturer of the derailleur and we would normally re-imburse reasonable inspection costs (up to around £50).

Cycles UK - Maidstone - Lockmeadow - I needed a new rear tyre for my Vado SL damaged on my daily commute to work and was hoping for quick repair. The team here offered a wonderfully efficient same-day replacement. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. My bike is now back on the road, performing wonderfully thanks to their excellent work. I'm very pleased with the quality of service and the new tyre.

Bought a new bike from Cycles UK Canterbury and the service was excellent from order to collection. Really helpful sales support from Adam, and a great setup and handover from Tom.

The team took the time to walk me through every setup, adjusted the suspension, and even contacted Whyte about potential upgrades for me.

Extremely good and helpful service. A mistake was rectified almost instantly and the goods are of excellent quality.

Avoid - stick to the usual suspects, Sigma, Tredz, Merlin etc. So having placed an order for some mudguards and a water bottle on 11 January i hear nothing. It takes until 18 January for them to acknowledge the order, not by contacting me but just by updating the order status. Wait another day and nothing so i email them. I get a response apologising for the delay but the water bottle i ordered (which was showing as in stock) wasnt and they were waiting for that to come in "as soon as this is received we'll dispatch your order" - great. At no point has anyone from Cycles UK had the decency to contact me as it was me always checking in. Now i wait with baited breath on the £62 refund. Reading some poor reviews on here it seems i'm not alone. As i say at the start, stick with the main retailers who at least have some level of customer care

After some online advice I bought the correct gear cables. A good price and speedy delivery.
