My order wasnt processed due to an item being unavailable. It took until later the next day until contacting admin and hearing back but when i say these guys made up for it, it's truly an understatement! The admin was willing to help however he could to keep my happy and it was definitely appreciated.

Cancelled my order due to OSS - but same items went up in price within hours
Bought $170 worth of items. Got email 24hours later stating entire order was cancelled. After messaging Fathi, I was informed they were out of stock which I understand. He told me if I'm willing to wait, I can reorder the item. I checked their web site a few hours after cancellation, price went up to $210 dollars for the same items but items were still in stock! Reached out to Fathi to honour previous prices but it was ignored.

Man I am impressed.after days of looking for runes I bit the bullet and ordered a premade hot.super fast delivery and easy check out.
Next time I can't find something I will definitely be coming back

Fathi is awesome, I made a very large purchase from him and trust him with a substantial amount of money to complete the transaction.
