Outstanding service throughout the interaction. Very polite and everything was handled professionally, and with clear communication. I have felt no pressure from Leon Clark at all. He has been very helpful throughout sorting my life insurance out I’m old school so I don’t like being pestered but he’s only a phone call away. You are taken step by step throughout the hole process and treated with respect.

It started off with a huge quote but they worked out a great deal for me and I have various health and mental heath issues.

wrong advertisement of policy price
The advertisement I saw stated a rate of £2.50 per week, which would amount to £10 per month. However, when I received the call for discussion, the minimum offer I was given was nearly £20. Additionally, I have not yet received the policy for review, despite already setting up the direct debit.

Thank yoou for your feedback and time taken. I can see the policy was only set up yesterday and the pack has been posted today. We undertook a significant amount of time to understand our customer needs when this product was designed and the majority preferred the traditional postage route for documents; my apologies if the agent failed to make that clear. We have recently established a digital route as well which will go live in the next 7 days, allowing access to your documents within 24 hours of the policy being activated. I will look in to the promotion, but the £2.50 I believe reflects the minimu premium entry level. Thank you again for your feedback. Quite a lot to take in at once
It was quite a lot to discuss over the phone while time consuming as well but relevant all the same and the insurance guy knew his industry well with the clear, vivid explanations of grey areas I found (Or thought I found).
