Had a cold air plug issue with my new stove. I received an immediate response to my email with a phone call explaining what was happening and how to resolve it. This was followed up with a comprehensive, detailed email with further infirmation and suggestions. Resolved the problem immediately.

Dan (from the Beverley store) was particularly helpful when I was choosing an electric fire and fireplace. He patiently answered my many questions. Installation completed by Mike, Andy and Jack, without any issues. I’m very pleased with the quality of the products and the end result.

Quality of service from Danton Fireplaces was excellent from sales through to installation. I was looking for an electric stove to replace a gas fire. They listened to what I wanted and recommended Wildfire Ravel 400. They showed me how it works, and gave me time to make up my mind- no sales pressure. The stove arrived promptly and they held onto it until I had time for it to be installed. It is a stunning fire. Very happy with Danton Fireplaces and recommend them if you are looking for a new fire.

They have an excellent show room and I came away feeling happy that I had found the perfect electric slim line 3 sided media wall fire. From start to finish, my experience with Danton Fires in Humberston has been excellent. Wendy and Jamie were incredibly helpful, offering honest advice and guidance without any of the usual pushy sales tactics, which made the whole process feel relaxed and genuinely customer-focused. I had a choice of fires and hearths and i upgraded to the oak beam for a small additional charge. I even got the installation moved up sooner than we had planned which was amazing

The installation by Kieron was just as impressive. He was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless afterwards, you wouldn’t even know any work had been done. As a lovely finishing touch, I was even provided a starter kit of logs and kindling, which meant I could enjoy my new fire straight away. Well, at least after he talked me through the do's and dont's that is!

We recently had a fireplace fitted by Danton Fireplaces in Humberston (brick chamber, natural oak mantle, hearth and electric stove). Cannot thank Wendy enough who we dealt with from start to finish for her knowledge and professionalism. She kept us updated each step of the way. The craftsmanship of ‘Milado’ who fitted the fireplace was exemplary, his passion for precise fitting and knowledge shines through. They have a good range of well presented products so that you can get an idea of what would suit your tastes and home.
The staff are approachable and knowledgeable if you need help, whilst allowing customers to look around unpressurised.

Had a log burner fitted yesterday. From sale to fitting, everything was exceptional. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Recently had a gas fire fitted as a replacement for a Log Burner. We struggled to find anyone to fit a gas fire for us, but then we came across Danton who made it easier for us to buy a gas fire and who had an excellent fitter to fit it for us. The gas fitter has don't an excellent job for us. Very pleased with the whole experience.

What an amazing experience. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable showing us all the various options available in the impressive showroom. There were many quality products available and Dan helped us make the right choice. The gas stove was fitted less than 2 weeks later. The fitters Mike and Andy were excellent. They faced some challenges but skilfully overcame them and did a fantastic job. They were polite and friendly and kept everything clean and tidy. Danton's and their fitters are an excellent Company to deal with. Great products and excellent service from start to finish.

Amazing service from the whole team at Dantons. The schedule of events leading up to the installation was extremely professional. I was kept completely informed of all the requirements needed. On the day of the installation the fitters were fabulous and did an excellent job. All done and fitted by the afternoon. I absolutely love my new log burner. So happy I made the decision to get one. We had a problem with our fire ignition but Dan from Danton Fireplaces in Beverley came out himself the next day and sorted the problem for us. No charge and excellent service and advice given.

I recently bought a marble fire surround and electric fire from the Humberston store. The service from beginning to end was excellent. I was given some superb advice which was extremely professional and useful but never pushy. The staff were always on hand to answer any query, no matter how small, if ever I rang up. There was a huge range of products to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The fitting service was also excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
