I thought the items were Sterling silver but no stamp on the bracelets or heart.

Hi. At no point have we ever said it was sterling silver .You paid £6.75 for it. A bangle that thick in solid sterling silver would even at cost price be about £30. Please check the product description as it makes it clear the materials we use

Top notch customer service. The bracelet and necklace are beautiful, and look much more expensive than the price. My daughter absolutely loved them, a gift to her from her daughter in heaven, my granddaughter, who will never be forgotten.

I am really happy with the service I received from Darby Pritchards. The forget me not bracelet is absolutely beautiful and very feminine. Good quality and very wearable for casual or dressed up looks. The forget me not charm is very dainty and pretty. Order arrived in excellent condition packaged well for delivery. Arrived in a good postage time with order confirmation, updates and expected delivery. Thank you .

I am now pleased to re tract my original review as after some delays the matter has now been resolved and my original earrings are on their way and as a goodwill gesture I am able to keep the wrong ones also. So we took a while getting there but thank you now
