Poor after sales support
I have been trying to return an item and have attempted chatting, and emailing because the return process on the website regarding courier details is incorrect. I paid for the return as well. But have had no response. There is no telephone number to contact either. Shoddy after sales support! I would not recommend it anyone.

Not Dare 2b’s fault but Evri did not…
Not Dare 2b’s fault but Evri did not deliver for a week when I had paid for next day delivery, when it did arrive jacket and trousers were too big, sizing guides not accurate on website

Return process impossible
I ordered a fleece which arrived promptly but was much too big although I did like the product. I reordered a smaller size and tried to return the first order but the return process is difficult if not impossible to use. I will never use this company again despite liking their products very much. If they want to retain customers they need to make returns simple and improve customer service. A chat bot is little help.
