I am running a pharmaceutical company; hence I constantly need to upgrade my database with new hospitals or medical centers. DataCaptive has been my trustworthy sources for all sorts of medical data for over 2 years. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for any data driven solutions.

The only thing datacaptive is competent at is making sure they get your money. They set deadlines for themselves that they never make. Of the data provided, almost 50% was unusable and the 50% that was usable was as outdated as black and white television. Need to call them everyday to get anywhere and their mics are computer speakers (see: completely terrible) I could not warn a consumer more about a a company and will tell everyone I know to never give them any business. Will likely be seeking legal actions due to infringement of consumer rights

I bought a COO’s list of sports beverage manufacturing companies in USA. The list I got is almost 80% accurate. The post-sales process is also not bad. Overall, I had a positive experience With Data captive.

DataCaptive is breaking EU laws by processing personal data without any consent and selling it

Three months after I got a set of email campaigns, we hit our sales goals for the first quarter. The business experts from the DataCaptive also assisted us in planning and executing our drip campaigns to reach out to maximum leads and convert them. We are getting really good response.

Stay away - SCAM!

First of all, any legit company would take credit cards vs a wire. That should have been our first warning. Secondly, their guarantees are fake. Their bounce rate is closer to 25% and you must clearly spell out what leads you want multiple times because they will get that wrong too and will not fix it. Their customer service is none existent. Overall, stay away and use a more reputable marketing source.

We were very skeptical initially whether this company were able to deliver our needs. We were asking for a specialized contact list but the Sales Rep insisted at every opportunity that Data Captive had the quality of information that we asked for.
We were delivered 316 contacts. 200 contacts were from one business (promised us only 2-3 max), 100 were of businesses that were not in our specification requirements and only 16 were relevant and useful.
When we followed up with DataCaptive we were sent to a separate 'Help' department, who upon realizing the mistake offered us value in kind with a subsequent purchase.
We would be more inclined to follow up the purchase if we received a refund and confirmation of steps their team will take to ensure they do not promise delivery outside of their capabilities.

After using Data Captive’s email campaigns, it seems impossible that my organization cannot function without them. Such email lists take your business to the next level, hence definitely worth investing!

I recently bought a list from Data Captive and I have not had a great experience. First they included an industry that I asked not to be included and they have given me the run around about replacing those leads.

Their leads have a ton of bounce backs, more than any other lead generation company I have worked with before. When you try to contact them about the bounces they give excuses and try to get you to sign up for their email campaign service by giving you a discount saying it will fix the bounces. I would just spend a bit more money and go with a better company.

These guys are fraud. BEWARE. they will take your money upfront and keep saying the list was sent. But the list will never come. They are deceptive and scammers. Watch out. We had a recent bad experience when we paid them and they promised after 4-6 days they will send us the list. but the list never came. When we emailed them, they kept saying the list was sent but in reality it never was. DECEPTIVE COMPANY

DataCaptive is a SCAM.

We spent over 3 months running in circles with this company regarding an email list. One list was provided for our payment, and it had terrible deliverability. To make up for the broken contract, they offered to provide another list, but that just led to a chain of emails, phone calls, and empty promises. All emails have terrible grammar, they copy and paste old responses, and they give you the runaround. If it quacks like a duck...

DataCaptive delivered only half the number of contacts that were paid for and then refused to refund us for the difference. The list received had lots of redundancies, required extensive cleaning, and data was badly out-of-date for many contacts. Unprofessional and dishonest - they took the money and ran.

Their service of sending personalized content that is ABM. It helped us retain our customers and connect to new customers to market efficiently.

We attempted a simple project with DataCaptive. After paying in full, I still have yet to receive delivery of the file (final product). Every time I call, I get a somewhat different answer. They promise to call me back and they promise deliver shortly, but neither ever happens.

Please avoid DataCaptive. I wish I would have read these online reviews before signing up with them.

They have been very responsive and they really let me customize my list.

They provide you database based on your requirements, be it small or large. They give you an exact count of their database that shows that their data is authentic because the scam companies can never give you exact count.. as they don’t have one.. LOL... Ok.. so keeping it short, We had a great experience doing business with them as we received a highly responsive data as the results were amazing. The data was also delivered on time. We are satisfied and will contact them in future with our requirements if we have any.

This organization must be avoided at all costs. They send endless streams of emails for which no prior opt in or pattern of existing business relationship between my company and their firm exists and there is no way to opt out. These emails come from an individual at an ostensibly fake domain. I had to feign interest in the organization to make contact with an actual employee to whom I then had to threaten with action under the CAN SPAM ACT unless they eschewed further intrusion. When asked why there is no opt out option in the myriad pieces of drivel this organization sends weekly I received no response. Laughable. Caveat Emptor. You'd be better off opening a 1963 edition of the Yellow Pages in Mayberry RFD (even if you live, say, in Budapest and need a list) to generate credible contacts. Just don't contact Otis the Drunk. He now works for the company. In fact, I think I may have dealt with him at some point when this abject waste of my time commenced. Burp.

Update: Amazing enough, this organization and the null sets manning the desks within still contact us weekly. How pathetic is the organization? Don't take my word for it as testimonial evidence is the weakest kind, just have a read of its response to my initial admonition that any reader should run, fast, away from the wrek that is the train of DataCaptive. More specifically, not only did the responding genius, one of many within, for certain, call me "Matthew" when in fact my name is something else, it took nearly three years for the fool to respond. Again, plase, do not take my word for it. My experience finds corroboration in many other reviews here.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible they promise one thing, take your money, then when you reach out for support or complain they don't answer you. horrible company DataCaptive Inc. do not trust them or their lists.

I didn't get that what I paid for.

I wanted to buy an email list which contains car rentals' contacts. I got in touch with DataCaptive and they replied to all of my emails almost immediately. I requested small car rentals' contacts. They gave me a price and a list size. I bought a part of this list.

First problem was that I didn't get the list after I paid it already. I dropped a message and they told me that we forgot to send it.
Ok, it is not a big deal.

Finally I got the list.

The list was totally wrong. More than half of the contacts are big car rentals (hertz, avis etc.). I again wrote an email to them and asked to fix the list. They didn't answer to me. After some angry emails I got an answer which says: "Team is working on it as I did not have any update from them because of which I did not respond back to you as I was waiting to hear back."

It was a month ago. They didn't get back to me.

If you have chance, please do not use DataCaptive services. That was my worst experience ever.
