Was looking for a 3 metre power cable to use for an new audio system which came with a 1 metre cable - too short and did not want to use with an extension lead. Search on the familiar websites and stores but no luck. By accident, came across this company. Thought at first, they only provided cables for structuring/fibre/data networking, but not so. A big selection of audio and visual too. Found exactly want I needed. Excellent website with a good and varied range of products. Good value and delivery was very quick. An excellent and professional first transaction with Datazone Direct, will be using again.

Asked for next day delivery and i emailed them to see wether or not they would change the delivery location an hour after i ordered my cable and no responce. It came on the 31st instead of the 27th. Also they gave me no tracking details either. I am disgusted.

Fantastic customer service
Used them for the first time two days before Christmas as we were missing one vital (fairly obscure) 431A crimping tool for a cabling project. Despite the holiday madness, DataZone shipped it out the same day and I got it the following AM.
Their customer service was also top when I needed to amend the order. They picked up the phone straight away and sorted it instantly.

Fast postage, poor service
I ordered two electrical leads from Datazone after failing to find the ones I thought I had at home. No sooner did I order then I found them! I immediately (that night) emailed to cancel the order but got no reply. So I emailed again the next day. No reply. They arrive that day, promptly. I then got an email from a gentleman called Kieran asking me what I thought of the leads I replied to that saying I had the leads but no longer required them and requested a refund. He also has failed to respond. The leads are sat in my office, still in their packaging. Never opened. Don't buy from them. If you have a problem you'll hear nothing back. :(
