Wife and I are returning customers now and have in every interaction with DMR received the highest level of service from our main point of contact, Charley, as well as from other members of the team. The DMR team is knowledgeable and dedicated. It is a pleasure to shop in their boutique!

Baron in Canary Wharf store is truly professional. Everytime I visited the store, he is friendly and patiently understands my needs. He is knowledgeable about market, and dedicate to deliver via offering various options proactively. Baron based in the Canary Wharf boutique helped me choose the right watch as a surprise for my wife and honestly it was such a good experiance. He was very honest about everything and really information rich, didnt alienate me at all like many have done online, including another reputable high street store I went to.

What I really liked was he gave me a ton of time, even some of his personal time which he didnt have to as I arrived late, and this was all before even knowing my affordability range which says alot.

Watches no matter if they are cheap or really expensive are an amazing experiance, especially if you have a genuine intrest in them, and he made the whole thing even better. I was able to hand pick my own design and specs and he fully catered to that.

David M Robinson have been my preferred jewellers since 2010, and they have been consistently exceptional throughout. The quality of their jewellery and watches is superb, but what really sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail and personal service.

I’m relatively new to DMR (Canary Wharf) but in the last couple of months they have been stellar. Charley has been my point of contact - no question is too silly, her manner in talking through the process of various timepieces or jewellery is perfect. Finally when I had some issues on the collection day - her and the team went the extra mile to remove the stress from me. I thoroughly recommend them :)

The assistant Callum was excellent, taking his time to explain everything about the watch, a credit to your company. Have purchased jewellery from this company for over 45 years, and the service is second to none.

I have been working with both Manchester and Altrincham branches to secure an engagement ring. Arousa in the Manchester branch has been very helpful throughout the process (which has been over a month of back and forth), showing understanding and flexibility at every step, in constant communication. In both branches I was treated very well and respectfully, with no sense of rushing, which is so important when making a big investment.

The experience at David M Robinson at the Canary Wharf store was splendid. Asif had taken great care of me and made sure the experience went above and beyond. Customer service is always top notch when you visit.

Callum at DMR Liverpool went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase which was a suprise present for my wife was a available in the shop on the day. As that did not have it in stock. Champagne while we waited was a nice touch. And Callum explained everything.

I wanted a Rolex Submariner watch so much and had seen 2 in the Liverpool shop window that I really liked. I went in and was greeted by Lewis who was great and very helpful. I really wanted the Black faced Submariner, but this is very hard to get. The other watch I liked was the Blue faced Submariner, which was beautiful but more expensive. Lewis told me that one was available and I decided to buy it immediately.
I still hope to get the Black faced Sub and have put my name on the waiting list.
