These guys just send you invoice (for service they didn’t do) and start pushing us to pay same else hand over my case to debt collector
One of the worst firm I have ever experienced.
Would not recommend them to any other family or friends or well wishers

Honest, straightforward to work with and always available if required. This is the second time that we have worked with Davies and Partners and would recommend them.

Excellent service from Saqba Safiq,
with the removal of the restriction from land registry. Barratt Homes were a nightmare to deal with until Saqba got involved and got this sorted for me. She’s always been excellent and very professional at her job.

Davies and Partners let us down badly by failing to check whether there was a safety certificate for a wood burner when we purchased a house. The problem is, as a customer you don't know what you don't know. It was only when we had a routine clean that it was pointed out the unit was unsafe. That should have been flagged up during the purchase had the practice asked to see the safety certificate. It cost us £4000 to fix. Davies and Partners acknowledged it had failed, yet offered us only £500 compensation. They even argued we would still have bought the house had we known about the problem. Had we known, we would have negotiated a £4000 reduction in the price. We complained to the legal ombudsman who also acknowledged the failure but ruled the £500 offer was fair. It seems they can say, "Yeah, what are we like?!" and walk away.

We used D&P for our property purchase at Locking Parklands. Paula Whiting was outstanding !!
Without Paula’s control over the difficult sales of two flats, this would never have reached completion. She went far beyond her remit and was the ultimate professional at all times.

We put our house sale and purchase through Davies and Partners and they were efficient with great communication from start to finish. Special thanks to Amy Packer who did a great job.

I had a difficult medical case .Rachel Bowen at the Birmingham Office was my solicitor and I was very lucky to choose her. Very professional, knowledgeable and emphatic too . At every step she explained the whole process in a kind manner as you can imagine how traumatized I was . It was a long difficult case but she was with me along the way answering every question I had. She won the case and give me and my family an other chance to life . I recommend Rachel 100%.

I developed an excellent relationship with Mike Follis and his secretary Sharon Lewis throughout a very acrimonious divorce and settlement. The guidance and compassion was very important to me at that time. As I had no idea what to expect in the Court, Mike explained everything to me and assured me he would be with me at all times.

Pure incompetence. We were recommended Davies and Partners due to our new build company already using them and it was going to be easier than having our own external solicitors. Although they got the job done (in the end, and with a lot of pushing) and we love our new build, the process should have been way more smoother than it was! Documents were often lost, meaning they had to resend them, we had to resign them (with a witness) and send them back. This just added unneeded time and stress onto the whole thing! Getting hold of them was tough and they would take ages replying back to e-mails. Simple demands weren't met (i.e Deed of Trust having the correct details on) and although I read through every single document we signed, I felt like I really needed to quadruple read it due to their incompetence! Would not recommend.

A shockingly incompetent company than nearly cost a house move because they couldn’t fill in there own probate forms. Then insisted a poor review was removed before progressing our move. Avoid at all costs!
