Can’t give them a zero!
Awful! Ordered on Feb 7th, after 2 weeks of me emailing for an update I was told it was out of stock and they were making more… would be shipped end of Feb. Arrived March 28th.. completely different to what was seen in the videos on socials! Currently in an email exchange about a refund. Complete rip offs.. wish I’d have just bought the jacket from Puffit in the first place (as this is the brand in the ad!) Avoid!!

I actually wouldn’t even rate this 1 star. I purchased a jacket took 2 months to arrive. I asked to cancel as had to purchase from elsewhere as not received. They would not cancel. Jacket arrived smells really bad, and is no longer required. They are refusing to refund me saying I need to return at my own cost but warehouse is not in UK have not issued returns label or given address and only offering me 30% refund.

Took forever to receive item and when parcel arrived it wasn't what I ordered. I requested refund and returns label. Would appear they send anything so they have proof of delivery then you are stung paying to return wrong item so don't bother. Total scam.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a women's size 10-12 leopard print waterproof fleece. Shocking quality and didn't even fit my age 10 daughter. Gutted I fell for this! Utter tripe avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

As other comments have said. Not a great company. Jacket eventually arrived, although it is leopard print it is a completely different style.

The sizing is off also, ordered a 14-16 and more like 12-14.

Tried to send back and they asked for a load of information and pictures.

They offered us a 30% refund, and wouldn’t give us a return address.

An absolute scam , nothing was sent. Denied refund.
False tracking number.
DON'T BUY OF THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 items from their website. I got an email to say my order was being processed and then heard nothing else. When i kept checking the email for an update on my order there was no change. I emailed them after a week and got a reply to say my order would take 10 days because the items had sold out. I then emailed after these 10 days for an update to get a reply 2 days later to say the order would be sent in the next 7 days. I wish i had never bothered. I have reported the issue to Klarna and they have suspended the next 2 installments. I wish i had never bothered and would avoid this company at all costs. A definite scam.

I stupidly bought from this company after seeing an ad on instagram. After placing the order there was no communication. I asked for a tracking number about 2 weeks later and was given a number that linked to the track718 web site. It’s known for being a scam delivery site and you cant click on anything to see where your package is. After I told them I knew this was a scam site and raising a case via PayPal I was sent tracking for another site that you could actually see where the package was.
The jacket turned up poor quality and smaller than what the size guide said . It had a Royal Mail label on so I don’t know if it’s been sent over from elsewhere where or whether there is actually a warehouse in the uk . I asked to send it back for a refund and was asked to send a load of photos of the package , order number , sku number and photos with the measurements of the jacket !! All things they knew so felt like they were stalling for a refund.
After a bit of back and forth where they reckoned they couldn’t issue a return unless I sent all this bs info they finally said they’d give a 20% refund and keep the jacket that doesn’t fit ! I said no to it and I wanted to return it… was offered 30% refund instead . I said no again . I was then told I could send it back but the refund fee would cost about 20 dollars and there’s no uk return even though it came via a Royal Mail
Delivery . In the end I couldn’t be bothered to keep arguing with them , they clearly are just a scam company - they offered a 40% so I agreed and plan to give the jacket to a charity shop instead .
If I hadn’t of paid via PayPal I doubt they would have even replied or a jacket of turned up in the first . Absolutely diabolical company !!!
