Ian at the Aberystwyth branch was absolutely A1.. everything was explained throughly.. even reminded me of the speed limits in a van .
The van itself was absolutely spotless .. the best hire van I’ve ever hired !!

Needed a van at short notice. Team were great, friendly and booked me in no problem. The van was clean and the gentleman talked me through the points I needed to know.

It's not the first time I've used them and I find the provide a really efficient service and I would highly recommend.

Switchboard are great. Within five minutes of speaking to a Welsh operator, I was booking my car. It was ready in an hour, insurance & breakdown included in the price. No annoying upselling🙌

This company only does 15% Retail business. I will never go to Hertz or the big companies again, if I can use Day’s Autos instead.

Recommend very highly. They literally went the extra mile with the car I hired.

What an ignorant bunch in the Shrewsbury branch! Never have I been ignored by so many, for so long. After an eternity waiting one looked straight at me before turning to his mate and saying “So what time are you picking Brian up this afternoon?” So I walked out…….Wish we had the Swansea branch (apparently) according to previous reviews.

Abysmal. Shockingly poor service from their Head Office. A complete and utter lack of respect, customer service and leaking of personal information.

I would warn against anybody using this company, they are terrible. Plenty of better alternatives around.

After being let down by Enterprise I went to Days Rental. Easy to book the van was in excellent condition with all defects (which were only minor scuffs) identified. On return a thorough inspection was made and my deposit was refunded within minutes. Very professional company and staff.

Me and my wife Used day rentals Newport and service was brilliant on front desk Rachel was very clear very efficient and can’t fault the service will use again big thank you to this company.

I am currently searching the market to rent a motor home and came across Day’s Rental website, so I naturally came to check out their Trustpilot reviews and what is immediately clear is that many of the reviews are repetitive and most likely fake reviews due to the consistent use of the same verbiage across many of the reviews. It would appear that the genuine reviews appear to be the complaint reviews, so if all of the fake reviews were removed, the true rating would be significantly lower.

As someone who works in IT, it is easy to perform checks nowadays with the use of AI filtering to identify which companies are using third party companies to generate fake, favorable reviews.

No doubt the company will deny this, but just read the reviews, it’s very easy to detect in this case, so my question is , what have you got to hide by generating fake reviews to dilute the real reviews?

In this case, I will take my business elsewhere as it’s too much a red flag from the outset.

Friendly & very helpful. Would certainly use them again. I went to them direct after nearly placing a booking with another company ( Yellohire ) who had rather dubious feedback.

Ian & Beccy are professional, friendly & organised. The customer service is good & also communication is excellent. Vehicles are new, high quality & reliable.

Day's Rental Aberystwyth Branch go above and beyond to treat their customers well, from the initial contact, through booking, collection ,handover, and return and the final invoice was prompt too. Easy to find, on the Llanbadarn Industrial Estate and you can leave your own vehicle on site too if you wish. We hired a Renault Traffic to move furniture with. Great to drive and very clean. This is the second time we have hired from them and their prices are very competitive.

Brilliant service the staff was very helpful, friendly, chatty,explained everything simply was very efficient from start havnt returned the car yet so can't say on quickness of refund will update once done . The car was very clean and tidy ,suitable for the requirements I asked for . So far from the other companies I've reviewed this one has to be top of my list ,only reason not a 5 star is because I've yet to conclude my contract I would Definitely recommend checking this company out you won't be dissatisfied or disappointed

After the breakdown of a 2 month old transit I was given a courtesy vehicle arranged by Ford assist. Before I could have this vehicle I had the pay the hirer £100 pounds deposit. The vehicle has been returned for eight days now but no sign of my deposit back. I tried messaging on their site but got message to leave email. I called but was then told the computers were not loading. Is this company legit, as it seems like a big scam to me, and Ford are helping them
I give them 1 star as I cannot give 0
The moral is NEVER buy a Ford or use days rental.

Days rental in shrewsbury are a very efficient group who always help with our needs even if it's hours before we need a vehicle

Booked a minibus from Swansea Days Rental for a charity event on Days own portal, confirmed via email. Rang up a few days prior to collection to see if it would be ok to collect 30 minutes early, told yea. Mentioned I had 6 points and told ‘no problem’. The most uphelpful pair of enployees then told me with no sympathy that I couldn’t have it when I collected it as ‘points are for something our insurers don’t like’. Infuriating as the branch hd told me ‘no problem’!
Ok we said, can my colleague rent it? His driving licence was at home 75 miles away but we could get a photo of it and access it on DVLA website. Nope, our policy says we have to touch it with our hands. 🙄
Easily the most unhelpful, disappointing, infuriating and jobsworth service we’ve received in years and we won’t be returning.

i rented a van from them for 3 days and it broke down and AA advised me that the van is not safe to drive so return it ASAP as i was on the road for 10 to 12 hours i drove to where i was going then drove straight back home after i rested as i was stuck in stafford service for 5 hours waiting for AA. would never rent from this company again as when i returned the van they orignally wasn't going to give a part refund

We hired a van from the Southampton branch and would highly recommend this company.
The van was reasonably priced for the size, clean and new (some rental places use old vans which are not comfy on long journeys).
The staff were very friendly and helpful and cannot thank them enough.
I would certainly go to Days Rental next time.

Not used daysrental before, but will definitely be going back. I made a booking at short notice, and was pleasantly surprised. The car was immaculate, both aesthetically and mechanically. My only complaint was that I had to return it! :) super job, thank you...
