My review, 5/5, is for Dealify and the customer support team, not their marketplace deals. I had two issues with software I purchased, and the team was very prompt in helping me. Whenever they had to reach out to the product team, they actually got back to me. I have had other support for similar platforms tell me they would reach out to the vendor and "get back to me," but they never did. Dealify checked back in with me every time, with a solution or a compromise. For one of the issues, they took immediate action by removing the product in order to protect their customers, pending the company responding and correcting the issue.

Im a new Dealify customer and had an issue with a particular product and the support. Dealify were very responsive and mediated a fast solution. This give me a lot more confidence in continuing to purchase these type of deals.

Some app the feature are NOT ready for use barely even work waste of time and money.

I am bringing stars up I got my refund after many emails later.

I kept saying I want a refund, but told me to wait. They helped me contact app dev, but never responded and I end up wasting my time. Dealify took them a lot of emails later before they have responded for my refund.

I just had my first purchase through Dealify, and everything went smoothly. When I had a question regarding the product, the customer service was prompt and polite. I will definitely consider buying more from this platform.

Reliable and trustworthy provider. They are helpful and supportive. Deals are real and functional. I've never experienced any issues with them. Highly recommend!

Had an issue regarding a supplier which has closed its business and have received support and a partial refund, despite the one year period being over. This might have been a special refund to me, as the buying price of the LTD was quite high. A big Thanks to the Dealify Management.

Stay away from Dealify!

Day 1 attempt to refund a purchase due to their offering being absolute garbage compared to their competitors at the same price point (should have done my research before), code was not redeemed, so no issues, right?

NO! Their support team have been constantly over 6 effing e-mails pestering me about buying tier 3 before they will issue a refund, which is still not processed.

They do not honor their 30-days refund warranty, they are trying to upsell you with the classic "trust me bro" mentality. Why would I trust you to refund my purchase if I buy another tier if you cannot honor your guarantee and refund up front?

This webshop should perish, NOW!
