Deans Properties Reviews

I would like to express my thanks and highly recommend Graeme Laird of Deans Solicitors as well as his assistant Dionne to others. They have been instrumental in sorting a decades’ long property issue, where other solicitors have failed. A very complicated history was simplified by Graeme who made us feel positive for the first time in years that it could be solved. I am happy to say that putting our faith in him has resulted in the finalisation of a very costly and stressful situation. Thanks Graeme and Dionne!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Deans. Jacqui has been outstanding and supported us every step of the way. This is the second house purchase she has handled for us, and once again she has been incredibly professional and efficient. I also want to mention Jane and Carol, who were both fantastic throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Deans to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Used Deans for a number of years. Most recently a couple of bits of business assisted by Margaret Young from the South Queensferry office - very efficient and prompt responses. Margaret helped us with something a few years ago too and were pleased with the assistance she gave. Would recommend.

A big thanks to Jacqui who helped me out today - I work for a Solicitors in Fife and Jacqui was able to help me out with a query which had she not I would have spent several hours on! Thank you!!

We had an excellent experience with Deans. Jen and Erin were always available to answer our questions and advise us on next steps. It was reassuring to know they were on top of things and alleviated a lot of stress around our house purchase. Would definitely recommend.
