Brandin was incredible. I had some prior knowledge abotu debt consolodation but still asked a bunch of questions. I'm a real person with real concerns and he acknolwedged that. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk to me to make sure I felt comfortable and even gave insight into a more financially stable future. I WILL be recommending him to others. You don't meet someone like him through such a challenging time, especially when the services are trying to resolve such a ton of stress.

If you are lucky enough to get Elion as your advisor and mentor he is one in a million. If I could give six stars it would be well deserved.
He goes extremely above and beyond what is called for in the performance of his job.
My experience was easy and lot less stressful considering my financial situation!
He always took the time to explain in detail what he was doing. He is not a 9 to 5 person but a 7 AM to 10 PM performer and was always ready for my questions no matter the time.
He is very patient and non-judgemental along with being very knowledgeable of the process.
Throughout the whole process he was always trying to keep me focused and looking ahead for paperwork and getting documents.
Always honest, open and diligent to keep the process going for a faster resolution of my debt to take a large weight off my worries.
I highly recommend his skill and was lucky enough to have his leadership and pushing for a quick conclusion to end of my debts.

My experience thus far has been amazing. Working with Ari has been one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had in my life (and I've had lots). When it comes to financial matters- I get stressed about it, mostly because I do not understand the lingo. Ari answered all my questions with patience and understanding - with the upmost knowledge and respect.
