Loveee the design!, fabric is great, mostly shop online, if i want to exchange no problem at all, just go to the store and exchange was easy! Shop there all the time, no problem with delivery. Very trendy and classic colour, chic, loveee it!
Misleading product imagery and confusing refund policies
I recently ordered the Alyssa Linen Blend Pant. Unfortunately, the product did not match the promotional images—the cut was "bell-shaped" rather than the advertised straight leg, and the fabric was entirely see-through.
While customer service eventually agreed to a refund, they framed it as a "once-off exception" to their final sale policy. In NZ, the Consumer Guarantees Act ensures that if a product is misrepresented, you are entitled to a remedy by law, not by "exception."
I hope Decjuba updates their product descriptions and trains staff to respect CGA rights without making customers feel like they are receiving a special favor for a faulty or misrepresented product.

They sold me a dress that was meant to be sent to my home (gift for a friend). I noticed the address was wrong despite me spelling it out and writing it down for the person instore at the Perth DFO store. I hadn’t heard back so followed up via email. Was told the dress was “accidentally” oversold and I needed to travel from Melbourne to Perth to get my refund! I stated this was ridiculous and impossible and was then told I needed to travel 25-30mins to the closest store as they refused to do a manual refund or refund over the phone. I stated I had no car and they would need to reimburse my travel - they refused and several times stopped responding until I sent multiple follow up emails. The customer service person “ERA” is refusing to refund me and they do not care about customer service!!!

White maxi dress.
I bought a white dress online and when I received it the dress had a black texted dot which was quite thick with a smear from the dot. I do not know how the person who folded the dress neatly then packaged it could have possibly missed the mark which stood out.I can say I have since been sent another dress, but should never have happened in first place. I then drove to a store to sort it out in my time.
Customer service uncontactable/ignores requests
I placed an order on 15 November, it never arrived. I contacted NZ Post as the tracking said "delayed". I then contacted Decjuba customer service online and got a chatbot which told me they couldn't find my order and I was being referred to a human. No human has contacted me. I then hear from NZ Post that my order was being "returned to sender" . It turns out the reason it was delayed is that Decjuba didn't include the business name on the shipping label, so the courier couldn't deliver. I have tried 3 times to contact Decjuba via email/online inquiry, but still no response on the 26 November. And no customer service phone number! Absolutely hopeless. I will never order from Decjuba again.

Shocking on line customer service
Shopped online.Bought jeans and a jacket on sale, but unfortunately they didn't fit. Have tried multiple times to access the returns for a credit [no refunds for sale items] and find a returns address which they advise you to do,however , they have no link to this process .
Phoned a store in Christchurch {no contact ph number for online service], fortunately spoke to a very helpful sales person who agreed there was no contact number for onine services and inquiries and informed me I could return the items personally to a store for a gift voucher.Problem is I live 2 hours away from the closest store. My advice is ...do NOT buy from this store on line unless you live in a city where they have a store. Really bad customer service, actually NO customer service
Love Decjuba
I have purchased from Decjuba so much that whenever I’d get to work someone would say, oh that’s nice, Decjuba? Because I was always buying online from them.
I was confident of the quality of the items and I knew their sizing fit me .
On the odd occasion where I got something that just didn’t look good on me, I would visit the closest store to me and either get a refund or swap it for something else. Never experienced any issues with customer service either online or in store.

Customer service a joke. Makes no sense, long delays then repeat themselves, advice contradictory to consumer guarantee act. No desire to fix their faulty goods.

What happened to their online customer service??? It’s already incredibly INSULTING that they don’t stock 18/XXL in store for us that are that size. I lodged a ‘where is my item you were meant to sent’ email and was ignored. I’ve now finally been told by Anita at head office they oversold on an item that was available online at the time of my purchase. Store insisted I pay upfront through them and I’d get within 4 business days. Over 2 weeks later Anita tells me they’re out of stock and I have to travel all the way back to one to get a refund. So do I use her email to let a store know this? Ridiculous. Online used to be incredible but there is no longer a swift response and I’m pissed off could have purchased online while it was in stock. Like incredibly annoyed! I can see the item is in certain stores assuming they were returns but no. Decjuba cannot fulfil the order. Not using the order instore service again….. If you simply stocked in store I wouldn’t have this issue. But no decjuba keep the sizing online. Beyond me. We are like every one else. We also need to try on. Think this is my last dealings with them. Horrible.

False advertising
Describe your concerns: I went to Decjuba today which is a female clothes store in Riccarton mall. I spent a while choosing a top. I was set on one. I had seen plastered all around the shop in big letters 30% off all tops. I went up to the desk. She then said the total. I said no that's not right. It should have 30% off. She then went and had a look. Apparently that top did not have the 30% off. I said but why. It showed in the area I bought it 4 signs saying 30% off all tops . Another lady said oh its not off that one. She then pointed to very tiny writing saying terms and conditions. I said though what are the terms and conditions it didn't specify that this was not on sale as it was the Decjuba deluxe range but signs were plastered in that area too. The lady was quite rude when I explained how frustrating this was and tried to make out I was talking to her in a terrible manner. She just didn't like that I was pointing out the flaws in the signs.

Incredibly unhelpful
Incredibly unhelpful. I had called twice to see if stock was going to come in (since it said out of stock online) on a particular item of clothing. When I asked of any stores held any stock I was told it had all sold out but 1 branch showed that they had 1. I called the store at the other end of the country and she located the item and was able to hold on to it for me. I was told I was not able to purchase directly through the store but had to go through online etc. I rang back customer services to tell them I had found the item now how do I pay for it and have it sent to me (happy to pay whatever for postage). I was told the only way to purchase was by collecting from the store itself.
Really shocking service considering the price of the item I thought they would of jumped through hoops to secure the sale. But they didn't seem to care. Needless to say with no help from anyone in the company I had a family member help me out and it finally arrived today. It has certainly changed my opinion of this company as I also work in customer service and know sometimes things happen and you can accommodate. It seems they don't want to, strange way to a run business imo.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I will never order again. Ordered the first time and i was told after waiting for 2 wks that the item was no longer available. I requested for a refund which i am still waiting for by the way as i have been told they didn’t charge the credit card which clearly they did so i had to contact them for the 3rd time. I reordered a week after the first one was cancelled and it took nearly 3 wks before i got my item.
