Prompt delivery and I received a little bit of extra fabric, which was nice due to the large pattern. Other companies have sent the exact yardage which can cut off part of a pattern in an inconvenient way.

Initially I had reservations since it was online;however, the fabric was beautiful and great customer service when I placed a call to inquire when I would receive the order.

I first ordered wallpaper that was out of stock, you immediately let me know, informing me it would be a 6-8 week wait. Within 4 weeks you had sent me an update letting me know that the wallpaper had shipped out with its tracking information. After placing the wallpaper I realized I would need 2 more roles, I was stunned at how fast the second order arrived.

I love your fabrics. The only criticism I have is that you should offer free shipping all the time. I would purchase more fabric if I didn't have to pay for shipping.

I ordered wall paper from a UK manufacturer and although Decorator's Best could not get the initial shipment to me in under a week, when I needed more of the same wall paper, they were able to follow up and get it to me in two days. The online chat was very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I needed wallpaper (well, needed is a strong word - how about: I wanted wallpaper), they sell wallpaper, I bought the wallpaper. Really, it's a straightforward transaction. They tell you how they sell it (by the yard or roll) and they give you the price. At a local store, the wallpaper I WAS going to buy would have cost me $250 a yard (not that I was ever going to pay that price for wallpaper), so buying it here was way cheaper and an acceptable alternative.

Wasn't happy that I had to pay $75 for shipping to Hawaii. That wasn't made clear when the order was placed and the notification of a shipping charge was sent a day later. I spent $499 and that should be enough to get free shipping. I love the fabric but the shipping charge dropped your rating from a 5 to a 3!

I was searching for hard to find cotton or linen damask.The fabric is perfect and an at a huge discount.

This is a good source for hard to find wall covering. On my first order, the manufacturer shipped the wrong product, which was promptly taken care of by Decorator's Best. I will, (and have) do business with them again.
