Expired skin oil
I bought a skin oil which got delivered today. I was excited at first, only to open it and notice a difference in its smell. Apparently it has expired since September 2023.

You sound very unprofessional. What reason do I have to want to put your business down. If you had handled this better, i wouldn't mind deleting my review. Kindly check the expiring dates of the remaining oils. You are very lucky I can't post pictures here. I could call you out on other platforms first for calling me a lier and not requesting for my proof. Again, I'm going to ring you for a refund.

So I just finished speaking to the lady who claim to own this company, she is adamantly telling me that the oil is due to expire 2029. This same oil was produced 2020, there is no way it would have 9years shelflife. This oil usually have 2/3yrs life span. I am now wondering if my eyes are deceiving me because I can see that it's boldly written E:09/23. I'm not daft. I'm definitely taking this up. I'm that petty.

This is a pure lie. Why are you lying? We just received the shipment of this oil this December. And you came here to claim that it was expired. How come you never contacted us to request a refund or at least complain about it? You could not contact us because you have no evidence. The oil is not expired, as you claimed. We don't sell expired goods. You are just being mischievous. The expiry date is 09/2029 but you claimed that what you saw was 9/2023. I told you to use a magnifying glass or ask someone to check the date for you but you refused. I wish that you could post the picture here so that everyone can see it.

Not trustwhorty company
Bought some products from this company, the package got sent back beacuse I wasn´t able to collect it. Contacted the company and asked if it´s possible for them to send it back. Initially they were helpful then I started to get ignored and they´ve decdied to keep the package and the money I payed for it.
Awful and greedy behavior.

The company has responded in saying that I’m trying to keep the package and the money, I’ve decided to just give up and let them keep everything. Small amounts of money that they thing I will waste months trying to resolve just to keep. Upsetting and disappointing.

Sorry that you feel this way about our company. Our company is very honest and customer-friendly. You claimed that you did not receive your order. But the tracking shows that your order was delivered to you. In that case, we cannot send a second order to you. Moreover, the package was never sent back to us, as you claimed. You cannot have both the package and the money back.
