I worked with Rachel Honoway for several years at a previous employer and I could rave about her for hours, but I'll try to keep this short and sweet.

Rachel was a leader in the company and I was a measly Customer Service Manager of 7 agents when I had the opportunity to work directly with her. Not only was she kind and easy to talk to about difficulties and issues we ran across as a team, but she was incredible at getting me to come up with the ideas on my own and to champion the resolutions of our issues.

After working with her for some time, she and other leaders agreed to give me the opportunity to become a senior manager and have responsibility for over 50 agents/reps on the phones, along with team leads. My experience with Delta Catalyst Lab has been phenomenal. I hired Rachel and her team to come into our organization to coach our emerging executives, and to moderate multiple c-suite goal setting meetings.
