We regret that you had a negative experience with us, but we would like to clarify some points mentioned in your review.
Firstly, there was no $400 service fee charged to the customer, nor was there a $600 service fee to the doctor, as stated. The claim regarding these fees is false. We have thoroughly reviewed our records, only initial charges were applied to the customer while signing up which were $253.31
We understand your concerns about the follow-up communication. While the customer did fully pay off the contract the next day, there were some basic protocols required as part of our standard process. These protocols were explained to both the business and the customer over the phone, and at no point was the customer harassed.
To resolve the situation and ensure customer satisfaction, we refunded the full amount, including any applicable transaction fees, and the contract was cancelled without any additional charges. Also we confirmed with the customer after the refund, the customer was extremely satisfied with the resolution provided.
We truly value our customers and strive to provide the best service. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions or concerns.

Throughout the process, there were moments when I was so frustrated and angry that I took it out on Phillip, but he remained calm, professional, and determined to make sure my concerns and complaints were handled.
