Had to get a scratch on a courtesy car repaired. Bristol cribbs were super helpful, managed to squeeze me in the next day, and very reasonable. And the scratch - gone!

Very Unhappy. Took my car in for some repair work. I got it back with damage that wasn't there when I took it in. When I asked about this, the operative was unable to give a definite answer as to how the damage was created & kept changing his story. I had to take the car back AGAIN to get repaired the damage that Dent Magic made. My fuel & time wasted. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional. I would NOT recommend Dent Magic !!

Regardless of any reply from DM, ....they should have informed me of the damage caused during the repair. I have photos that clearly show there was no damage in that area before I took it to DM. They tried to avoid being held accountable by saying that my car was previously damaged & also that an alternative of replacing the wing & bumper at a cost of thousands, was offered!! This DOES NOT negate the fact that damaged was caused to my car by Dent Magic. I would have expected an apology not an argument & at least offered a partial refund on the cost!! Instead, I got a list of excuses!!!🙁

Really straightforward process

Took a photo to get a quote, sent a quote very fast, they sorted out a worn hole in the floor of my car under the pedals. He set my expectations, cutting a square out of the floor and replacing it, so might see a border once completed, but it looks worlds better.
They said it would take 2 hours and it did. Friendly lady on reception. Really pleased overall.

Very easy company to deal with. Excellent service attitude. Booked in for an initial assessment of damage and quote for dent removal on the front left wing. A few days later I brought it back for the work to be carried out, which only to took 2 hours. The result of the paintless dent removal was excellent. I would certainly use this company again.

Booked repair by phone took car in and was treated very well by receptionist (coffee). Car was repaired within an hour.
Magic repair could not tell where the dent was.

Great experience of using Dent Magic at Bristol Cribbs Causeway. They managed to fit me in in the timeframe I needed and the work was completed on time as promised. The work was of good quality and we will definitely go back to them again if needed.
