Absolutely shocking. Had 1 treatment worth £99, turn up and told to pay £507, then paid an additional £100 for spme massage that worked "instantly"-it did not. From the qst appointment being told I wasnt even booked to messed about far too much, I advised to cancel any future bookings and refund my money! I have since been ignored for weeks and ultimately have requested my bank to intervene! If you want someone practically forcing expensive treatments on you that you dont need then this is the place for you! Absolutely shocking! And disgraceful! Poor communication, poor service and to withhold money is simply theft and manipulation! I can evidence this too!!!
