I have had very bad experiences as a seller. They do not pay out money, all sellers in Europe and private carriers already know about their financial insufficiency. It's a pity, because the potential for cooperation was great.

Waiting for three months already
Edit: I called two more times, when one employer told me he was going to mail me and call me back, but have not received anything. I just called again, when hearing your employer does not know anything about this order and could not give me any information or explanation besides saying again i will call back. You say you have explained the issue, the only thing i know is that you guys don't know anything. I worked very hard to pay for this closet and it makes me very sad at this point. I am understanding but this is getting out of hand.
I've bought a closet for 2000 euro's on the 3th of august. Now almost three months later i still have no closet. I already messaged the helpdesk twice, with no reply. I already called three times, and everytime they say i will here a solution the day after. But STIL NO REPLY. I don't mind waiting, but don't tell you wil send a product within 5-7 weeks. And after three months i still have no product or any information. Sorry very bad communication and service. I hope i will ever get the closet :(((

ALMOST 2 MONTHS WITHOUT CLEAR INFO ABOUT MY ORDER
I bought a chair on 11.09.2023, for which I paid over 1.000€. I was told that the delivery window would be 4-5 weeks, which are now well over due. Customer service doesn't answer my messages and if they do, I get limited information about my order & shipment. The only thing I found out about my order after almost 2 months waiting, is the name of the carrier (Maplog). Nothing else. No shipment number, no estimation, no contact with the carrier, nothing. From the reviews I've read here I'm not the only one that has been treated this way. It's just absurd and disrespectful how they treat their customers. I know how a marketplace works and that it takes time and effort to coordinate with partners, but if you can not fulfil an order or AT LEAST KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED ABOUT WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH THEIR ORDER, then don't sell anything online!!
UPDATE 25.11.2023: STILL NOTHING!! I'm starting to think that I got scammed. I got again some vague messages from them, but still have no idea what is going on with my order. And answering Design Market's comment below: I have contacted your customer service MULTIPLE times over email and over the phone.

They cancelled the transaction and wrote the Lamps were Broken during packaging and After 6 weeks I still did Not get my money back and no answers to my messages or e Mails !!
Pay your sellers!
I send DM at least 2-3 emails a week reminding them of overdue payments and receive the same dismissive emails with false promises. This is a company with serious financial difficulties - read the other reviews with EXACTLY the same complaints as mine. I have to pay tax on the items sold on this platform months in advance of receiving the payment whilst never knowing or confident that i will ever receive the payment. The resulting stress and work involved in order to just get my money has become too much - I will not be selling on this platform again. Shame.
Feels like a scam or company going bankrupt.
Normally I never right bad reviews but my patience is gone now.
We have sold a sofa through this platform. The buyer already payed for the sofa in april 2023. It took Design Market 3 months to organize the shipment. We we're on holiday by that time so the sofa was send on september 9th. Design market promised us to transfer the money (2000 euros) right after sending the sofa. It's now the 29th of oktober and we still didn't receive any money. We've send so many emails, called with the customer service (who will not help you if you press English in the menu), and even messaged them through Instagram. The service is absolutly dissapointing.
It feels like this company is scamming us or is going bankrupt and they cannot pay their invoices. Something is really going wrong here. This is no way to run a company and we will never do business here again.
I recommend not to do business with this company. You will lose your money (and a lot of time). Contact the sellers directly if you see something you like.

Still didn't receive any payment. The marketing and finance departement told is that they would transfer our money next week if we would delete this review.

We still didn't receive any payment. We now transferred the invoice to a collecting agency. But they didn't respond to them.

Ok. So everybody who writes about their bad experience with your company will not recieve the money that is theirs. We sold our sofa. Someone payed for that sofa in april and we still didn't received any payment. That's absurd, I'm sorry but I'm not gonna keep that a secret.
It's now 08-02, we still only reveived lies and still no money. The website is still online and it's still possible to place orders. I want to warn buyers and sellers for their criminal activities.

Not recommendable - be careful!
I have been waiting for my refund since August now. I was told every time on the phone that the refund would be processed inmediately, but nothing happend! Unfortunately I will have to contact my lawyers now. Very unpleasent experience!

On peut apprécier la qualité d'un vendeur à la manière dont sont gérés les problèmes. Achat en juillet 2023 d'un buffet et d'un bureau (en provenance de Pologne). Bureau parfaitement livré dans le délai prévu, par contre nous n'avons jamais reçu le buffet : grande difficulté à joindre le service client, réponses au mails tardives ou absentes, contacts faits de discours rassurants manifestement inappropriés ( dont un échange il y a plusieurs semaines avec un responsable assurant d'une prochaine livraison et depuis...rien!). Fort heureusement ayant payé par Paypal remboursement obtenu par leur intermédiaire.
Long et service client aléatoire
Sans nouvelles de ma commande, le contact support ne répondait pas, l'envoi de mail était sans réponse, la ligne téléphonique était active mais les conseillers étaient toujours "occupés"... Commande réglée mais sans aucun retour. Je doutais.
Après un avis négatif ici et un mail plus menaçant, le directeur m'a téléphoné. Le problème vient du service de livraison qui utilise une plateforme de covoiturage de colis. Ce service n'est, à mon sens, pas adapté à ce genre de livraison. Après avoir changé d'adresse de livraison (une adresse chez des amis plus proche des grands axes routiers), mon achat m'est parvenu. Je l'ai ensuite acheminé (à mes frais) chez moi.
Commande installée le 27 décembre 2023, soit 4 mois plus tard au lieu des 5 semaines promises.
C'est dommage car le meuble correspond à ma commande.
NB : la société qui possédait le meuble a été, elle, très pro.

Encomendei e paguei uma mesa em 15 de Abril de 2023. Os temos e condições indicavam entre 3 e 5 semanas para entrega. A porta do prédio. Se fosse dentro de casa, o valor aumentaria cerca de 350€
No dia 13 de junho recebi informação que a mesa seria entregue dentro de 2 a 3 semanas. Como ia viajar, e cansada de tanta espera, decidi cancelar a encomenda. Fui informada que teria que pagar o custo do transporte de retorno. De um artigo que nunca recebi. Queria encerrar esta situação e concordei, solicitando o reembolso do valor remanescente (tinha pago dois meses antes 1.195€).
Preenchi e devolvi o formulário de devolução que me foi enviado em 20 de Julho p.p. Disseram que seria reembolsada após inspeção do artigo… nunca recebi a mesa. Que quereriam eles inspecionar? Qualquer dano não poderia ter sido provocado por mim. O artigo nunca saiu de França!
27 de Agosto, mais de 4 meses após a compra, inúmeros emails sem resposta e com a paciência a zeros, ainda não recebi o reembolso a que tenho direito, nem qualquer feedback. Informação, actualização, nada!!!
Há cerca de 2 semanas recebi indicação de que iriam proceder ao reembolso do valor. Há uma semana recebi informação de que o reembolso já tinha sido processado.
Até agora, 9 de Outubro, QUASE 6 meses após a compra, ainda não recebi NADA!!!!!
Se não for reembolsada até ao fim da semana, vou recorrer a um advogado.
Inacreditável comportamento.
Não respeitam os seus próprios termos e condições de entrega e reembolso. Não atendem nem respondem aos clientes. São indelicados e rudes (tentaram dissuadir-me de cancelar a encomenda.
Lamentável e horrível serviço ao cliente.
Aconselho todos a não se deixarem enganar pela publicidade e redes sociais da Deaign Market.

***EDIT after reply from Design Market: This company seems to have serious cashflow problems or it is all a SCHEME and SCAM. They might have operated properly few months or years back, but have definitely run into serious problems now. All these replies and false promises on here and from their so called costumer service, and the false assurances from their owner / manager David Mimouni seem to be there just to buy more time for not dispatching orders and not refunding cancellations. My lawyers will soon find out what is exactly going wrong there. I am sorry for David. He must be going through difficult times.***
This doesn't look good at all! I sense the company has run into liquidity problems. I hope they are not doing it as a scheme or scam. I ordered different items on September 6. Despite countless calls and emails on my part and repeated excuses and promises from Design Market, I still have received no refund for cancelled items, nor any tracking numbers for the remaining ones. I have now cancelled all orders. Order references FBGQGHNBQ and GQSEYHRFQ. If I do not receive my refunds by next week, I surely will send them a letter from a lawyer. And keep you informed on this site.

Je mets une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0 étoile ! Design Market tu es un sacré voleur ! En janvier 2022 j’ai commandé un très joli meuble qui n’a jamais été livré car il a été endommagé lors de l’expédition ( coup de téléphone reçu de la part du site ) Nous gardons l’idée d’un avoir en pensant retrouver très vite quelque chose de similaire, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Depuis des mois et malgré les échanges mails et appels ou à chaque fois on me demande mon RIB et que le remboursement va arriver, il ne se passe RIEN !!! Rien de chez rien ! J’ai même eu un soir par hasard en direct un des 2 fondateur du site, qui m’a promis un remboursement très rapide et … NÉANT ! Depuis nous avons fait une lettre recommandée menaçant de mettre cette affaire chez un avocat … et niet ! Aucune réponse ! On ne va pas s’asseoir sur 2600 euros ! !!!!! ⚠️‼️⚠️⛔️‼️⛔️⚠️ site a bannir !!!!!

Modifico questa recensione dopo aver ordinato un tavolo da € 3.000,00 il 6 luglio ed aver trascorso un periodo di preoccupazione a causa di ritardi nella consegna ed informazioni inizialmente poco chiare. Credo infatti che l’azienda abbia passato un periodo di problemi tecnici, ma che sia riuscita a superarli. David, per conto di DM, mi ha spesso contattato per rassicurarmi e aggiornarmi sulla risoluzione dei problemi. Ieri sera il tavolo è arrivato, ben imballato e perfetto come lo immaginavo. Anche la società di spedizione è stata molto professionale. Spero che per il futuro gli acquisti saranno più rapidi ma in ogni caso esperienza conclusa molto positivamente!!

OLD REVIEW
They promised me a 4/5-week delivery, and it has now been almost 3 months. They didn't respond to any of my emails. I eventually canceled the order, and the delivery service assured me, "OK, CANCELED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TOTAL REFUND," but nothing has happened yet. I reached out again the same email address for updated information, and their response was, "We don't know, contact customer service," which is a French telephone number that's always busy. A truly terrible experience.
SCAM - order never arrived
I ordered a Togo sofa and have not received it. No one will respond to any of my emails or calls.

La situation est inadmissible. On se rapproche dangereusement de la malhonnêteté. J’ai exercé en début juillet mes droits de rétractation sur un meuble d’une valeur de 1500€. Depuis lors et malgré de nombreux e-mails et appels téléphoniques sans avoir un correspondant en ligne, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun remboursement.
Mes e-mails restent actuellement sans réponse depuis mi août. Design market évoque une réorganisation du système des remboursements qui doit se faire manuellement. Ou bien la quantité de remboursements est énorme, ce qui expliquerait la lenteur mais qui de ce fait va à l’encontre de leur message de vérification du bon état des meubles.
C’est grotesque.
Cette situation est malhonnête et je compte dès la semaine prochaine introduire une plainte officielle.

I am very unhappy with Design Market. On June 26, 2023, I ordered 2 Ribbon chairs from Niels Bendtsen for Kebe for €1200. Since than I haven’t received anything: no chairs, no tracking code, no shipping information and no answers to the many emails I’ve sent. It’s crazy to me that a company treats their customers like that. Feels like a big SCAM. I want my money back asap.
