Hi there, I bought a pair of Burberry BE2294 on the 10-10-2025 up to date I haven’t received the glasses regardless of the multiple emails I have sent them. I still haven’t heard from them to date.

Designer Glasses Boutique offered authentic Oliver Peoples glasses in multiple models, colour variations and sizing, which I found most other websites did not. I also found their prices to be very competitive. The glazing process and delivery was easy, fast and responsive. I’d 100% shop here again over other retailers.

Although I had to return the item due to it not being compatible, the team refunded really quickly and I would happily recommend them.

I made a total mess of the order, on both the prescription and glasses size. Emma was very patient and resolved both issues without any additional charge. Have used in the past and will certainly use again in the future (will pay more attention when ordering next time!)

I never normally leave reviews however I do feel that this time I need to leave one.
In this world we all like to leave negative reviews but not positive ones so here goes .

I ordered my glasses on 3rd October 2025 I was a bit uneasy as I didn’t get a receipt so I emailed the company, straight away they emailed me back and I got a copy of my receipt.

On there first email they did quote 7-10 working days . As the days went by I won’t lie I did keep emailing them asking them if they had any updates on my glasses . When it got to day 8 I did feel that something was not right and I WAS VERY WRONG!!

I have received my glasses today day on day 10 and they are absolutely perfect. I am delighted with them and I shouldn’t have been so impatient .

The company and quality are fantastic I will definitely be ordering again thank you so much.

I wanted to write a review because it’s not often these days that you get excellent customer service. I rang Designer Glasses Boutique about a pair of sunglasses that I had seen on there website. They were so helpful and I explained I needed them asap and they arranged 24hour postage at no cost. I was so impressed as I did receive them the next day. The sunglasses were also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this Company.

Got a pair of glasses reglazed, perfect- got them back in a week- good price compared to the last time i did it, Then when I was in saw a pair of Persol cool designer glasses for £130 ! got them back in a week..

Very poor experience. Ordered glasses three weeks ago, have yet to receive them and had to chase throughout. Nothing proactive on their end and still not sure if I should report this as a scam.

What a great site this is, got an excellent price for some Maui Jims, very fast postage and beautifully wrapped.
