I had an issue with my car and only had a description of the part I required. So with no part number and only my vehicle registration number I went online to Deutsche Parts and the part was quickly identified and a payment link was quickly provided for me to pay for the item so it could be sent. I was assisted by Matthew Jones who really knows his stuff and I had minimal wait time. Its a great service offered to the public and it is a lifeline for us customers.

And I was very pleasantly surprised how helpful and knowledgeable regarding my requirement had my part in stock (speed sensor for a MB W211 2003) paid an extra £5 for next day delivery, secure payment via email, will now be my first call when I replace my engine mounts, all genuine Mercedes parts, five stars all round

Completely unreliable company. The sent part of the car was not fully assembled, when replacing it, I had to look for an additional part myself and pay additional money. Also the parcel was 2 weeks late due to the delay being the fault of the company, the parcel was sent back to England from Germany because the wrong package size was selected.

Amazing service today with the team proving that they really do put the customer first. My hubby called to source a wing mirror ahead of an MOT due Monday, last minute which was my fault. The team took their time and care to make sure he wasn't purchasing more than he needed to. We live just over an hour away and the offices were due to close before he got there, not a problem. Noel even met the hubby in a nearby location as the offices were difficult to find. A real example of going above and beyond. I can't recommend these guys highly enough and will definitely use them again

I’m leaving feedback about the VW Golf starter motor I received today. I'm absolutely delighted. Having already been sent a chinese manufactured part that wasnt the correct one from another supplier, and being told it "should be fine" its great to receive a VW OE part that fits perfectly for a very similar price.
Fast delivery as well. Will definately be shopping with them again.

Was cheaper than I could buy one a second-hand one on a well known auction website.

Ordered my item late on Thurs 23/6 for order pick-up on Fri 24/6 and arrived safely Mon 27/6 morning and fits perfectly.

Firstly there's no option to give no stars!
This company is not to be trusted I tried to order from there site as advised by them, and the payment would not go through, I called to query this and was told to make payment over the phone! when I refused and said I would using a safer platform such as PayPal or eBay all of a sudden the item was no longer in stock????? again when I queried this with Andy the guy who works for this company he became very abusive towards me and seemed frustrated that I wouldn’t give him my card details this is clearly a scam to get your bank details I’ve informed my bank as I tried to pay on their website. Not sure if it’s the employers or if the whole company is dodgy but be aware!!! they really live up to their name Douche

Bought a few parts from deutscheparts recently and contacted to make sure they would fit my vehicle.
Lee was extremely helpful and confirmed that the parts would fit. I am impressed with their attitude and the parts were delivered within two days excellent service ,thank you.

This is the company to go to for genuine parts at prices cheaper than OEM. Free delivery. If the part you want is not on the web site just ring them and the staff are old school with proper knowledge and will know what you need and they will probably have it in stock. You can trust this company - they stock all VW , SEAT, Skoda, Audi parts.
