A month ago I ordered three dresses which were delivered approximately 2 weeks later. My problem was that I didn't like the "recycled" fabric they used to make the dresses. In the picture they looked like light weight summer clothes, but were not what I expected and wanted. I immediately explained my issue and asked to return the items and was informed that my claim wasn't acceptable for a return. Since the clothes came from Asia it is too costly to return things and they would give me a $15 credit on my $137 order. After a couple more pleas and being told "no"; I reluctantly accepted my bad experience with online shopping and gave the dresses away. I also told them I was going to post warning people not to order online where you are tempted by the convenience of "pajama shopping", but to buy local and help your local economy. I "gifted" the dresses Monday, after my final refusal from DEUYO. Yesterday I went to a local boutique and purchased three items that I could touch and try on and I bought them. It wasn't as convenient as shopping online, but I am now a satisfied customer. My advice to you is BUY LOCAL AND HELP YOUR LOCAL ECONOMY. I will never order clothes online again. Lesson learned!! I just received an email from Deuyo and now they are willing to accept my return. IMAGINE THAT.

Took a while to get and then items were too tight. Working to get the items exchanged. Customer service is quick to respond. Items are true to size but to get the loose flowing look in the pictures you need to go up a size. Waiting now on replacement items in XXL.

The 2 dresses I ordered were promptly shipped and arrived safely. They're lovely! I wore one this past weekend to a wedding and enjoyed several compliments. The second dress is being saved for an event later in the Summer and I'm just as excited to wear it. Thank you!

The clothes are lovely and well made. I am a seamstress and these are made better than 90% of the store clothes. The only reason it was 4 stars was because the small I always order was too tight. I can wear it but if I had known I would have ordered the med. They did agree to exchange it, but it isn't that bad that I have to bother, just cant' pull my arms forward much.

You were very timely in my question on delivery and explained the process.
Communication is the key to my satisfaction.
The quality of the dress is excellent. I have enjoyed wearing it and have received many compliments

Awful company… I purchased 2 items immediately and they didn’t fit. At a cost of $100.00 they offered $8.00 on the first attempt and then $33.00! I thought they said 14 day return!
Nope!
Do not get scammed by this company,

I am pleasantly surprised by these dresses! The quality is pretty good. I’m a professional seamstress, so that matters to me. One fits very well and two are a bit too small. As a plus size woman, I wish they had larger sizes available.

Dresses were well packaged.

This company does not accept returns. They do not do exchanges. They do not give refunds. They are not located in the US as they claim. I purchased two dresses from them. Flimsy quality and did not fit. Contacted their Customer Service and they told me they would only give me $14.00 of a $100.00 purchase and to just keep the items I did not want to keep.
Buyer Beware. They will steal your money. I wish someone had warned me. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. They are theives and a scam.

Nothing could have been simpler, or faster. I will definitely use this service again.

I’m very disappointed with 2 of the dresses, both are too long and one of the dresses the yolk won’t sit right. And of course there’s isn’t a packing slip to help with returns, and both customer service sites won’t work either.

I placed an order and two day later still did not receiver order confirmation. Red flag. I got nervous and found too many negative reviews about quality and not receiving what was ordered and length of wait to receive order. I found their contact email on PayPal and asked for immediate cancelation and refund. 2 days later they reply by asking why I want to cancel. Red flag. The response of a real company is “here is your cancelation confirmation and your money is being refunded”. So I have filed a dispute through PayPal. I knew from past experience that I should not buy through Chinese adds placed on social media. Thats why Amazon gets all my money.

Good communication on shipping and expected arrival date.

Beautiful dress and actually received quickly. Only bummer is size is too small even though I ordered my US size, but dress is a motivator to lose weight.

I bought 2 of the dresses for the summer and they are so beautiful! I ordered medium...I am 5'6" weigh 128lbs. and they are perfect! Nice quality material, not overpriced for what you receive and will be perfect for the wedding receptions and other functions we have over the summer!!

I ordered a dress that did not fit. I have been trying to return it for a couple of weeks. There is no way of communicating with them to return it. The "chat" doesn't even help. All I want to do is return the dress!!! I will never buy anything again. It is much too difficult to return.
