Very dissatisfied with this company. My wife ordered a dress and when received found to be incorrect size and material not what she expected. Contacted them to get a return approval but they just don’t even reply to e mails. I have re sent the e mail several times but still to reply. I read that others have same problem! Will not deal with these guys again ever and recommend that others be made aware of how this company operates.

This dress took over a month to get to me and the size XL was so small I couldn't get it on and I'm actually a Large. It is a china based company so I suggest Don't order from them! You can not return your order. Over 70.00 lost.

First, this is not a US company. It says clothes are made in North Carolina. It took weeks for the item I ordered to arrive from China. Not only was too small, but way too small. I ordered an XL and it was probably a S/M. There are no returns. Do not be fooled by this company. They wanted me to keep the item and accept an $8 refund on a $70 dress.

Went to order in £'s, and as I pressed the pay button, changed the currency to US $ ! This meant I had to pay a currency fee as well. When dress arrived, the quality is not good at all, so have tried to send it back. I have requested a returns label, but have been totally ignored. Having now dug down to poor reviews, It appears that we have been done over like a kipper with this firm. CROOKED ! I suspect that many of the positive reviews may be false and cover up the negativity. they will not contact you back or in the unlikely event that they do offer you a few US Dollars which are of no use to us at all and in all probability would not appear.

The dress I ordered took four weeks to arrive and, although I like the design, the dress fabric is cheap polyester and the floral overlay pattern looked nothing like the bright white flowers in the advertisement (more a murky cream colour).
From what others have said, it seems a waste of time to try to return anything to this company for a full refund, so the dress will probably go into the charity bin. Wendy D

Everything went as it should. Received quickly without problems. Fits perfectly! The only disappointment I had was the picture made it look like it had sparkles and embroidery and it does not.

If i could give a negative star rating i would. Item arrived in good time but the quality was disgusting. Didnt fit, no button or zipper at back so virtually no way of putting it on. As for their free return policy its non existent, they offer you small amounts and to keep the item, when you tell them you still want a refund the amount to return it is huge.
They delete all negative reviews on facebook etc so im guessing most,if not all, positive reviews are fake

Do not order from this site. It is scam. When you ordered , there is no way to track the order or have a response from them. It is made and run from China, not from USA as they claimed. I do not know how to get my 99$ USA back as I paid from my debit card. Be aware to see what is selling on FB, integram

Dresses were delivered later than advised. Corresponded well telling me to hang on a few more days. Received. One didn't fit and the second terrible quality. Emailed customer services for 'easy returns' 7 times. No correspondence. In the end tried another route and they tried to offer $11 compensation and keep items, obviously refused, now $25 and keep items!. I don't like the items, they don't fit and emailed them a copy of their returns policy on their website they should adhere too. Funnily enough still waiting. Never do business with them again! EVERYONE AVOID

Need to return a dress been told to keep the dress as too expensive to Return and the merchant has offered me 10 dollars compensation absolutely disgraceful

This company WILL NOT reply to emails to customer service. Hence, there is ZERO customer service. I repeated asked for assistance for delivery. The dress eventually arrived however, EXTREMELEY CHEAP AND NOT WELL MADE......I now need assistance to return due to the facts that 1: it is extremely badly made and 2: does not fit. I am expecting no reply. I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I’ve ordered several times from this company. The delivery time from the Us to Canada is very reasonable. The product always fits true to size and is well made. The fabric & colour is also as advertised. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

I would give it zero stars if I could.
Spent $85 on 2 dresses for granddaughter's wedding ... they are terrible! I wouldn't wear them anywhere!

What arrived was nothing like the picture. Very cheap imitation; color very faded and poor quality.

The quality of the fabrics is terrible - very cheap, thin and the "Large" size is a medium at best. When I needed to return the items, unworn, with tags still attached, they offered me $26.00 refund and I could keep the items. I can't WEAR the items, so why would I want to keep them? But I'm stuck with them. Do not buy if you want a fair return if you need it. And the items are cheap junk.

The top goes perfect with a new pair of leggings I bought.
