This is how every company should be like, good quality, great value for money, fast service and very obviously put together with love and care for the customer - thank you 🙏
We lost our beloved Westie, Poppy on New Year’s Eve, she was only 9 and it was completely unexpected. My husband and I are both devastated, and as we are having her ashes back, my husband bought me this necklace to put some of her ashes in. I can’t believe how quickly they processed and delivered the order. The necklace is so beautiful and was presented in beautiful packaging, with some beautiful white rosebuds. The packaging was so sturdy and beautiful and I will treasure the whole thing forever. Thank you so much for the care you put into presenting this purchase, you can tell it was put together with love and care, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the process so simple, but getting everything right. From a very brokenhearted but grateful customer.
