We used dfs as they are so easy to order, they let you know what date to expect your order, we have ordered from them before and our sofa was so comfy and well made very strong and sturdy

I wanted to replace a 2 seater settee that I had purchased from them 4 years ago with a 3 seater settee. DFS were so helpful finding my previous order and we realised they were still making that part... Toon meer
Dfs is very good I found a chair just write for me . High back and i can reach the floor. I’m not that tall so my armchair is lovely thank you .

We ordered a sofa in advance of moving into a flat, we were told we could push the date back until we knew our move in date, but it was not simple. The tracking page on the website never updated, so was pointless when we actually needed it on delivery day. We had to call everytime we wanted to change the delivery date, can’t be done online, and I would have to sit on hold for approximately 30 minutes everytime. We were told we would get a text the day before delivery informing us of timings, but never got one until the 3rd attempt of delivering. On one of the times we had to reschedule due to us working, we were told over the phone we would get an email asking when we wanted to rebook it for, however we didn’t get one, and instead got a text informing us of a random day it had been booked for ( we couldn’t do this day either).
However after all the issues we faced waiting for the sofa, the 2 delivery men Mark and Chris that brought us our sofa were OUTSTANDING. They brought it up to our second floor flat with no complaints, very friendly and funny guys. They also helped us by carrying up our fridge freezer, which was delivered at the same time and left by the driver who refused to take it up the stairs. They absolutely had no need to do this for us, but we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done if they hadn’t offered to help. It would’ve delayed them on their next delivery and tired them out massively, so we owe them huge amounts and hope they get the credit they deserve. Thank you Chris and Mark!!!:)

I bought two recliners in August 2021 with the understanding that I got a 15 year guarantee I've just called DFS because the power recliner has stopped working and I've been told that the mechanical parts are NOT guaranteed for 15 years only 2 years and I would have to pay for any repairs don't spend your money with DFS the guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on I've just had a reply from DFS who are still saying my guarantee does not vote electric recliners they should tell people this when they order from them and not lie and tell customers that everything is covered with the guarantee PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY FROM DFS THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I wanted to replace a 2 seater settee that I had purchased from them 4 years ago with a 3 seater settee. DFS were so helpful finding my previous order and we realised they were still making that particular model. So I could match my existing armchairs instead of having to compromise with a near match. Update.
Since my post DFS are still refusing to repair my sofa even though the technician agreed it was a manufacturing fault.
Having bought two leather recliners sofas from this cowboy company just as the warranty ran out (2 years) the colour started to come off one of the sofas. Complained to dfs customer service they arranged for a inspection but because the warranty had expired dfs don't want to know, even though trading standards stated that they are obliged to repair under the 2015 sell of goods act(goods must be fit for purpose and last for a reasonable time approximately 6 years). So its now time for country court.
I can't believe it. Dfs have replied offering to look into this. Yet they already have and they passed me to a jobs worth store manager, who was at best condescending with his arrogance only being surpassed by his ignorance.

Back in March 2020 I replaced my 18 year old leather sofas which I had bought from DHS with two new sofas. I was very happy with the replacement until about three weeks ago when the colour started to come off the head rest on one of the sofas. I phoned DFS customer service and explained my problem. They said that because the sofas are just over two years old the leather was out of warranty and any repair would have to be paid for. I can't believe that the leather which they claim is high quality should start to peel. This is only common in cheap quantity leather and not quality leather as they claim.
So beware of the claims of DFS about the so called quality of the leather they use. Yet again maximise profits over providing a good quality product.

Avoid this company, i never experienced anything as this company. The guys have my money, and they don't deliver the sofa. Evey time i call the support number i need to explain over and waiting for a call what never happen. Think twice before buy from them.
