He took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and had great knowledge of the sofas that suited our style. Ben at the Farnborough Store was super accommodating to myself and my partner. He was very approachable, welcomed us into the store. We were set on the Orka sofa and he made the process of buying our first sofa an easy and smooth experience. Dfs should be proud to have a member of staff like him.

We visited DFS Farnborough, we were welcomed by a a young guy called Bill. We explained what we were looking for and he pointed out where we should look. We thought we had found roughly what we were looking for, so asked Bill for more info on them. However Bill showed us a new sofa that had just been launch 4 days previously and it was exactly what we were looking for. He was polite, funny, knowledgeable on all the items we asked about and very professional customer service at it's best.

I recently visited your Farnborough store and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help customers.
In particular, I believe the female member of staff who assisted me was named Sylvia. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile made for a very positive experience.
