The experience was great. We were managed by Sylvia who was a great host and very customer centric. She understood all details of the rooms we have and then guided us with the exact furniture’s which would look good. Very satisfied by her support. She even stayed with us till 9 pm when the store even closed at 6 pm. Great customer centricity.

Super service at Farnborough DFS
We were looked after by Ben at the Farnborough branch and he was brilliant. He took great care in listening to what we needed and we felt reassured we were being listened to. When we went back to order our sofa, we made sure we saw him.
