Customer service excellent we had been in the previous day, can’t remember the staff members name but she was very informative. We went home to make sure the corner unit would fit but unfortunately it was too big. We went into store today and saw Jemima who told us the unit was available in a smaller size. She checked it was available in the colour we had chosen, double checked with us that it would fit, and duly ordered it for us. We would like to thank both members of staff at the Hereford store for the help and information we were given.

The new employee, a young gentleman, was extremely helpful and guided around the elderly patron with care and patience. His help was very much appreciated.

Jemima was very interested in what we were there to buy. There was no pressure to get us to buy anything we didn't need.

All the staff were polite, jolly and informative. We dealt with Tom who was so helpful.
The transaction went so smooth and Tom explained everything.

We were greeted by Louise who went on to assist us and help us choose the sofa and chairs we wanted. She explained all of the products with great understanding and knowledge and ensured we were well informed of what we were buying. She was personable, friendly and professional and helped us with the whole process. We’re very happy with what we have purchased and are the customer care and service was excellent throughout. No pressure or hard sell, we were made to feel at ease making our purchase. This is our third big order with DFS over the years and as long as their high standards and excellent customer service continues, we’ll keep coming back.

I always hate going into places like this as i feel some times pressure selling is a bit too much but this wasnt the case when i went instore today, i knew which sofa i was looking for and was directed straight to it so i could try it out, then when i was happy i approached a lovely saleslady who was very helpful and explained everything to me before making my purchase, although i did feel a tad pressured when insurance etc was mentioned being on a limited budget the price was going up and up, the only thing i do get miffed about is the delivery charge considering the price of the items i feel that a big company like this could and should offer free delivery and assembly but thats just my opinion as it really bumps up the price of the item. but overall it was a good experience.

Louise at the Hereford DFS store was professional, courteous and charming. She made me feel relaxed and she was more than happy to answer any questions. Very concise with product information and delivery details. Overall, a very pleasant experience and purchase. Louise is a credit to the staff there.

Incredibly helpful young lady with lots of suggestions and advice. Listened to what we wanted and helped accordingly. Didn’t try to sell us the most expensive item but helped us save money and still achieve what we wanted.
